Worst Customer Service. I did my tax preparation with Angela a so called highly trained agent /owner of the Dos Amigos Multi service company . I trusted her with my tax preparation since their website states they are highly trained agents with good ratings. Which make me think they were probably fake accounts giving themselves good reviews. After I signed my tax preparation I left and got in my car I decided to go over it. I noticed a lot of mistakes in my tax preparation my daughters name was misspelled, the kids SS # were wrong, my last name was wrong . I was so upset that a company with so called highly trained agents could make such mistakes on a Government tax return . The IRS will not accept a tax preparation with errors. The other owner Orlando was furious that I was pointing out her errors. He started yelling at me to leave and go do my taxes somewhere else. We got into a argument this man Orlando is a ******* person he was getting closer and closer to me. He was not only yelling at me but to his coworker to give me back my documents so I could leave. Angela destroyed my tax return papers and said she cancelled my efile tax return. So I left and I was upset that this man disrespected me and treated me badly. This Company is not to be trusted at all.
