Highbridge apartments at S Egret Bay Blvd. so many issues with management. Tried to sign for releasing my apartment for another year. Management never responded back to my email. A mi the later I went to ask them when I was to sign the new lease. I was charged rent for month to month for the next two months. Then they finally resolved the issue. The balcony door has a 1/8” gap that doesn’t seal. The windows do not latch so the windows do not close all the all. My kitchen sink leaked and I had to wait a week for someone to repair it and then again when they didn’t correctly repair the he leak. The elevator hasn’t worked in 8 months. They also had my review removed from google. December of 2023 I never received an itemized bill for rent. They apartment complex changed to a different app. The app was suppose to be ready by January the first. Then management states that the app will not be ready until February the first. They changed me a late fee and placed a notice for eviction without ever stated what was owed for rent. Don’t for get the attitude from the representatives / manager(s). This place is a ripoff and they don’t respond to your emails or call you back. They just trap you with the lease and charge you for anything they can. But never take responsibility for their mistakes. I’m out around $1,000 for their mistakes and they don’t care. They just straight up don’t care. It’s not their problem and those are words straight from them.
