Worst living experience ever. ******** **** ********** ******  Manager, Rosie ****** continually misspoke, gave incorrect statements. Less than 48 hours before our move, Rosie calls and asked if We could postpone our move date. Apparently, she did not make arrangements for cleaning the apartment. That should have been our first clue of what was to come. We were shown an apartment under the impression that this is the apartment we would be renting. Rosie pulled a bait and switch. Then she tells us we can switch apartments, problem is, the apartment we were promised was also promised to our neighbors. We go to Rosie's office, she is conveniently out to lunch. We talk with Assistant Manager, he does have access to apartment database. If you don't get it in writing it never happened. Rosie tells us she will let us out of our lease, we give her 30 day notice, we tell her we can be out sooner. When we finally get our deposit back, Rosie deducted three days due to the change of departure days. She continually screwed us over. Absolute nightmare.

Before I could apply for this apartment. I was told that I have to end my lease and pay what ever fee needed not to leave there with a broken lease totaling 3,177 and Nov rent. I did this leaving me with no where to go if I'm not approved. I was told that I wouldn't had gotten to far with them if I wasn't going to be approved. He I am today 15 days and no answer from them on where I am approved or not. At 70th with no where to stay in 15 days WOW!! PLEASE don't be placed in this situation, Still waiting I was informed I was now being sent to the complaint department today and there waiting on a reply. Senior should be treated with respect. All I want was an answer APPROVED OR NOT APPROVED in a timely manner. Is that asking to must. I don't think so.

Only giving one star because I have to. Glenwood trails 2. Nancy needs to be re-trained or removed from working with people. She never answers the phone. Never in the office. Once she said she would return at 2pm from lunch we arrived at 1pm waiting until 245pm when she actually got there JUST TO GIVE HER OUR ORIGINAL SS CARDS because I couldn’t email it to her (we live 45 mins away which is why we were moving there to be closer to work and paying market price) THEN she had us filling out paper work that wasn’t even necessary because we were paying market price we were not going off our income. Then a week later calls me and tells me she can’t run our applications because she needs my childrens ss and birth certificates. I asked if we even had been assured the apartment because it had been 2 weeks since we took in the applications deposit and application fee. She said she hadn’t been able to run anything because she needed those documents for my children. We decided to sign somewhere else because it’s too much going back and forth.. we definitely didn’t want to deal with that during our lease. Why didn’t she check for all of the documents when we first went in or even the second time we went in she never told us about the kids documents even in the email she sent me. We went to go pick up our money orders but this time she said she did run the applications so she couldn’t refund us for that but she also wrote on the other money order so we have to go thru another process to get that money returned to us. And I have had multiple people who lived and have lived there say they have issues with her like she is clueless or her mind is scattered. Makes no sense we feel as if she was trying to hold the apartment for someone else and was making excuses. I would call her and she would say one thing then my boyfriend would call her and she would say another thing. It was never consistent.
