      I keep getting emails. Several months back I asked for no more emails and cancel any account I had - even if it was the Waldorf address. I cannot reach anyone by phone; on the web site there is NO OPTION to unsubscribe or cancel an account. The only screen I get is 'update billing' - and I'm not paying money to cancel this and stop receiving emails. Help please - No answer, no option of website, no call back, nothing. I need this to stop,

      Hi Mary!We are so sorry to hear you had trouble cancelling your account. We received a chat from you requesting to unsubscribe from email notifications on 11/1/2021 and promptly processed that request, but I was unable to find a prior cancellation request or missed call coming from the number you provided in your account or your email address. When an account goes into "bad card status" it can be difficult to navigate the site without updating your information because of the update billing prompt that we have in place. I have cancelled your account effective immediately. Our system will no longer attempt to bill the card on file now that it has been cancelled. You will also be able to fully utilize the benefits of your FREE membership should you choose now that the update billing prompt will no longer appear on your account. You have also been subscribed from emails per your request in November. Thank you so much for your membership and please let us know if we can assist with anything else in the future!       I had been going thru my bank accounts and found that MyHouseDeals.com had taken money out of my account on 10/18/21. I immediately called and requested a callback. There IVR comes on and takes you to a point where you have to leave a VM for someone to call you back, every time, no matter when you call. I began calling back every day once I knew that had happened, in order to stop the transaction and get a refund of my $45 bucks. I called today 10/21/21 and again, as usual, I had no other option but to leave a VM because no agents were available. But this time I advised that the next step would be the BBB. Interestingly enough I got a call back immediately unlike any of the other times. I dont have the woman's name, but I could hear her children in the background. I advised her that I am looking to cancel the service and I would like a full refund of my money. While looking for the account she tries to explain why there was no response for the last three days "If there is no reason given in the call we dont call you back" is basically what she told me. She then finds the account using my CC last 4 digits, and tells me that "Unfortunately we dont refund after 5 days" Well I have been leaving messages for the last 3 days and on top of that (and this is why I think they are scamming me) The Withdrawal Posted On 10/18/21,So It Hasn't Been 5 days At All! That's 3 days, but apparently, that is what she has been trained to tell people so that they can steal people's money. I dont see any other way to explain that. I want a complete refund, that is what I wanted from the beginning, we get that done, then I'm good. Other than that I will be a thorn. Just give me back my little $45 you tried to take from me.

After looking into your account, I can see that you purchased a membership in September and had your first recurring charge on October 16th. Our policy is that we don’t issue refunds unless there has been an error on our end, and that doesn’t seem to be the case here. I apologize about any confusion you may have had regarding our refund policy. At any point, our members can log into their dashboard and view their membership status and the next billing date, members are free to cancel their membership at any time prior to their next billing date. We have downgraded your membership, this change will take place at the end of the current cycle on November 14, 2021, so your card will not be charged again. Please let us know if you have any questions I haven’t addressed.

      an individual was listed on their website and I contacted him to receive a loan. The individual contacted me and asked me to pay closing costs and attorney fees. I paid these fees and contacted the individual several times to do the closing. Today I contacted Privatemoneygold and they instructed me they are doing their own investigation and took no information from me and told me to go to the police. Period

We’ve investigated the name given and it is not a lender that is listed with us; we advise that our members ensure that anyone they are interacting with is on our list. We remind our customers that they are expected to do their own due diligence and check a lender’s references and credentials. We also require that our members not pay any upfront fees and if a lender requests it, they report the lender(s) to our team. Upon signup, we include 2 boxes that must be checked by our members agreeing not to provide lenders with upfront fees. By giving a lender up front money, the membership terms have been violated and you’ve placed yourself at risk.

      We are currently still in the process of collecting documentation and it would greatly assist our investigation if you would provide us with the requested email correspondence between you and the lender in question. Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose personal information that is collected as it could lead to a security risk.
