I recently had an unfortunate interaction with Michelle, she supposedly is a relief manager at this resort. She stopped one of my grocery deliveries from being dropped off at my RV. I’ve had no issues with any of my deliveries prior to Dec. 7th. She rudely stated that deliveries were not allowed. I explained her that I’ve not been told this by anyone except for her and that I pay to have my groceries delivered to my RV because I have a torn meniscus in my left knee and chronic radicular low back pain. She stated that and I quote “You didn’t have a problem walking over here for water earlier “. I honestly couldn’t believe what I heard! Then she put a piece of paper in front of me and said, quote “And your name isn’t on it”. I wasn’t sure what she was talking about but she kept saying it “And your name isn’t on it”. So I picked up the paper to read it so I could understand what she was talking about and the other girl in the office, grabbed the paper and said your not supposed to read that. At this point I’m lost as to what they are talking about, I said then why did you put the paper in front of me? She said that paper is our policy on deliveries and your name isn’t on it. She also stated that she didn’t know why Rhonda, the regular manager here at the property doesn’t uphold the policy, but she is. I left, later came back to hopefully get an apology and an explanation for her behavior and the situation got worse. I tried to explain to her that my doctors want me to try and walk n get around as much as I can physically tolerate, which is why I came up to the office (which is about 30 steps from my door) for water earlier that morning because they shut the water off to the property to make a plumbing repair. I told her that I shouldn’t have to explain my situation to her. She repeatedly kept raising her hand in the “stop” position as I was talking, and said “this conversation is over, this conversation is over”. If you’re looking for hospitality then don’t stay here!
