My roof was "repaired' and turbines were installed circa June 2022. I was initially pleased because Jerry was kind and honest and advised that I only needed roof repairs and not a replacement. Once the work was completed, he said that my roof was good for "eight to ten years." In November 2022 (four months later), there were horrible storms in Houston, and I had concerns that Braun's Roofing's repairs were not properly done because there was water damage on the wood in my attic and on my living room ceiling due to the heavy rains. I immediately called Braun's Roofing to ask to have someone re-evaluate the work, and they did. Once Jerry and the arrogant employee (who I believe is named Pedro) returned to my home to check the leaks and turbine installation, they attempted to repair them and told me they were done. I had a contractor at my house over the course of a couple of weeks for an unrelated renovation. My contractor told me to tell them (Jerry and the employee) to use a water hose to run water on those trouble areas of the roof to ensure the leaks were probably repaired. Jerry agreed and thankfully so. Guess what? WATER FROM THE WATER HOSE CAME THROUGH INTO THE ATTIC BECAUSE THE LEAKS WERE INDEED NOT REPAIRED! I was upset. I called very upset and while their customer service lady was empathic, she advised me to send an email to the owner. I sent the email November 2022 and never received an acknowledgment or response of any kind. There was no accountability and I had to pay thousands of dollars OUT OF POCKET to have the wood, more shungles and insulation replaced in the attic and on the roof by someone who knew what they were doing from the beginning. For these reasons, I would not recommend them. My experience with Braun's Roofing was an expensive mistake and I'd like to prevent someone from encountering an experience like mine.

I did talk to Miss ******** approximately one week ago. I told her I apologize for the inconvenience. She was still very upset. I am more than happy to consider reimbursing her for any expenses due to our mistake. If she would please forward them to my email, I would appreciate it. This response is a complete lie and he knows exactly what I am upset. He did not apologize, nor did he offer any form of accountability. He is 100% lying. If he apologized and considered a fair resolution, why would I post this review here?! But NOW in this response, he is acting as if he tried to help. This is fake only because it's publicly posted. Here is the 100% truth. I did called Skeeter, the owner, and left a message as indicated in his response to my Google review. He called me back the next day and asked what I needed. I was confused because he asked me to call, so I was expecting an apology or fair resolution. He addressed me as "Ms. Robinson" and after the second time, I said, it's "Roberson." He told me to "slow down" as if he was irritated that I asked him to correctly address me. Once corrected, he did not address me by my name at all. Who gets mad at someone who corrects you when you mispronounce their name?! Like, seriously. Then he asked questions as if he didn't read the review. "Who came to your house?" "Tell me what happened." Not once did he apologize or take any accountability. When I told him I paid $3,500 to repair my ceiling and attic because of their shoddy work, he responded VERBATIM and said, "You were ripped off." How unprofessional and uncouth!! He was very arrogant and nasty and told me that his staff came to my house twice to fix my issue - as if that was a resolution. Well, if your sevices are good, they should only have to come once!! He claimed he was trying to help but got angered when I told him I called the office and emailed him in November 2022 when it happened. I asked why make an attempt to talk now if he truly intended to make it right? He never directly answered the question and got irritated when I asked again. This man literally called me a liar and said I never called his office about the leak. This statement was unexpected and absurd because had I not called the office, they wouldn't have come out like they did the second time to fix and seal the leaks they missed!!! Not only did I call, but I sent an email (as attached in my Google review). Skeeter was very disrespectful and condescending as a business owner, so why would I call you to be disrecpted again when you did not offer any kind of resolution the first time? I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. EVER!
