            On 7/19/22 Vakay Rental held a $500 deposit to rent a RV. We rented the RV and still are waiting on the deposit. I have called/emailed/texted Vakay many times asking about getting my $500 back. I have been giving the run around for 5 months. Every time its a different story as to why it hasn't been refunded. -My kids are sick -The credit card machine is broken -The check was lost in the mail -I'll venmo you the cash now-still haven't received it. I was promised my $500 back for a deposit and have not received it. I have many text messages showing Im owed $500 for my deposit with many excuses as to why I haven't gotten it yet. There are SEVERAL other customers on BBB who also report the same issue. This company is known for "holding" a $500 deposit and NEVER returning the deposit to the customer.

            We rented from the one in Needville, TX back in January 2023 and we are still waiting for our deposit back. First we were told that Venmo was not working and then that a check was in the mail. Check never arrived and was supposedly lost. It's the middle of April now and still no deposit refund of $500. They do not return calls or text message and if they do, it is always an excuse.
