Hello Jay, There was some concern after reviewing the final invoice you sent. Just wanted to achieve clarity so that we are on the same page: The attachment is the special order invoice, the total original invoice and the total final invoices issued by you. I have red-line the invoice for your review to address and explain so that it can be fair and clear moving forward: - The original invoice and final invoice items are not the same. The 43” TV on the original invoice is $562 the final invoices it was $749. - The original invoices were issued through Square, now it is issue through Quickbooks. They are not the same in my opinion - Sonos were ordered on 1/2021. It was never received and never installed. It is now 7/2021 we agreed to not moving forward with it. We have already open. Order will be decline and cancelled. - The Digital 4-Zone Amplifier (Model RCS 180-6) is priced retail and whole-sale at $199 per our search. Your price is $1100. - Because the patio's Samsung 65 inch TV was returned with a 20% restocking fee $857.80. You stated on the invoice "Labor Removed” but the labor you charged $3900 is still the same from the original invoice. - The $857.80 was charged but should be removed because the TV was taken back by you and reused for other project and I never authorized or approved the restocking fee. - The outdoor enclosed TV Shield ($1874.39) was ordered so that an outdoor screen can be appropriated installed in it. Since labor was charged and wasn’t removed and remain the same (as stated in your invoice) then you are responsible for installing it. Just as rediscussed with the cameras that you are to installed all the hardware that was ordered. Another option now is that you completely removed the TV enclosure and the installation price for the patio or we will hire someone to complete the job and you will be legally required to pay for the completion of the job. - The Raceway Strip Cover ($135) should not be charged. Cat6 such be ran and prewire along with electrical into and through the counters and off the wall. Since you wanted to come down from the ceiling for your ease of installation then you are responsible to get it covered and organized at your expense. Please help us address these items and provide some clarity so that we can be on the same page. I have texted you over the week to see which Zone on the amplifier is to which area and you never responded. Since it is a 4 zone amplifier, we need to know which and which zone the premise is tided to. It needs to be label, and the patio should be in it own zone. This should be done professionally. Please provide information for clarity and update the invoice to reflect actuality.
