In June 2022 we had a Brinks come in to get the security system activate as the system was already in place with everything needed. Now in January I called brinks to cancel service. I was told we are still in stage one of the account that our account is still managed by Marathon Security. That I would need to talk to them about. So I was transferred to Marathon and no answer. I called back several times til I got some one the line and I requested cancelation. Immediately the gentleman said I can not cancel because I signed a legal binding contract. I asked if there was someone else I can talk to and he said “no I’m the owner” and I ask what his name was and he replied Mark ****. He said if he cancels my contract he will be charged back 3 years of service and he would not allow that to happen to him. So we get off the phone called brinks again for copy of contract. They said Marathon has it. Called Mark **** and he stated he would have to dig it out and send it to me the following day. He did so. The contract he wrote up is written up in a totally different business name JES Energy LLC with our address. I called brinks again to have them cancel contract since contract is incorrect and no longer valid if it isn’t in our name. Brinks agreed that any inaccuracies in contract then it’s no good but Marathon needs to cancel it. So we emailed Mark **** to cancel contract. We contracted JES Energy LLC to let them know what’s going in case it affects them. The CEO of JES Energy name is also Edgar *******. He stated he doesn’t know how Marathon has his info and EIN number and that he would call Mark ****. I talked to Mark **** again and he is very rude and accused us of harassing him because we are pointing out his paper is incorrect and needs to cancel this contract. All we want is to cancel this contract due to this information on contract wrong. I can not talk to Mark **** because he is very rude and raises his voice at me and wants to argue. We are not *** ****** LLC.
