      Actually if I could have, I would have chosen 0 stars. Took almost 2 months after ordering to receive them! Piece of crap shoes. They didn’t fit and tried for weeks to find out where to return them. Never got an answer. Then returned them to the address on the package. Then when I repeatedly inquired about a refund they told me I needed to follow the return procedure on the website which was nowhere to be seen. I paid $60 for the shoes and they said since I sent them back to a distribution center in China I could get only $14 dollars back by jumping through a ton of hoops. Scam site using the name of Keen! Never buy from them.

If you want to get your full refund, please send the item back to the following address: Receiver: Liangchao Xie Address: Room 201, Unit 3, Building 66, Taojieling Community, Futian Subdistrict City: Yiwu, Jinhua State: Zhejiang Country: China Please pay the shipping fee for sending them back and make sure that it is still new, unused. We will only issue the full refund once received at our warehouse. You can use the USPS or the post office to send the item back. If you use the express courier, it will be more expensive and the Customs might think it is an import. The package might be refused in some cases. Besides that, you should inform the shipping company that the item's price is lower than $5 to avoid an extra fee. Kindly let us know the tracking number when you returned it. However, we can offer you a better solution for this issue. We will refund 10% of the product value and you can keep it, no need to return them to China since the shipping cost should be expensive. Also, due to the current health situation, the return will be quite risky. We can refund shortly, no need to wait for the delivery as well. *NOTE: The address in the USA is a delivery company warehouse, they do not handle exchange or return. We only can work on your issue if you send the item to the address that we provided. Please let us know your final decision. Thank you.       DO NOT BUY!! Lowest quality ever, the inside lining is literally smooshed cotton balls. Returns are to China. You can't even return it in the US. The sizes are not even true to size, and yet they will not refund.

      I ordered two pair of these cheap boots that did not fit from this company and was told to ship them back to somewhere in China. I still have not received a refund and the boots are stuck somewhere along the way. Total waste of money. Lesson learned.

      As others have posted, this company is a SCAM!!! These boots are not leather, but are described as such on the website. They are made of cheap plastic vinyl. You are not able to return them and they are not located in the United States as the website implies. They are located over seas. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the charges reversed, so now I am out $139. DO NOT ORDER!!!

      I ordered a pair of boots from Keenwalking (thinking they were affiliated with Keen shoes). When I received them they look totally different from the picture I saw online. Extremely poor quality boot. The material they were made of felt like Plastic. One was even missing parts of the boot. When I wanted a refund, I was told I had to ship them back to China! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOLKS.

      I would also give this "company" a negative star. Cheap product, poorly made, no branding on the shoes. The plastic bags they come in have no identification of the brand. Upon receiving the first pair of shoes (sadly I ordered more than one) more than a month after ordering, and trying on for fit, I contacted by email that I wanted to return the product. Was told I had to wait for all orders to arrive before anything could be done. I had multiple emails back and forth with no help on returning the shoes. Finally, radio silence. I too thought this was an actual Keen product...like the difference between Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Obviously not the case! Hoping I can get the charges reversed.

      I would give KeenWalking a negative star review if I could. They advertised the boots I ordered as "vintage leather" but they were cheap vinyl. The second pair of boots - ordered on the same day, October 31, did not arrive until January 8, even though the company claimed they had been delivered earlier. They charge your credit card on the day you order and refuse to give you a refund. They are a scam. Do not order from them. Learn from my mistake.

      Cheap and ill-fitting - very disappointed. The return and refund options are also very limited
