5/12/2023: They told me the sleep study is covered by my insurance so I only have to pay $475 vs $900. My insurance actually covered $750. 8/3/2023: My insurance received their claim for the $900 sleep study (twice). Why did it take so long for them to submit? Where did the $475 number even come from? And why didn't they refund me since my insurance paid $750? And why did they try to run the claim twice for $1800? 9/18/2023: They withheld my sleep study results to profit from selling me a CPAP machine. They structure answers to any of your questions so that it seems like you HAVE to buy from them. Luckily, my PCP told me how it all works and that I can buy my CPAP from anywhere if I have the results, which contain the settings. I purchased a CPAP but ended up cancelling the order the same day. They told me my credit card had already been run but they would send a refund check in the mail. I called back a week later and they said "Oops, your check was cut Friday of last week and it is now in the mail." I'm done playing phone tag and listening to nothing but excuses and lies from this company. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. 10/19/2023: After the lies and phone tag over the CPAP purchase and disputes with my credit card company I decided to check my insurance claims. I pieced together the overcharge and the refund that I was due. I called them back and first got apologies for the $975 CPAP issue (THE CHECK STILL NEVER CAME IN THE MAIL). Why are they even apologizing? If they believed their own story and the check was sent, then they have nothing to be sorry for. They checked the insurance claim amount and concluded I was due a refund. I got a personal text message (same day) that my refund check was ready for pickup. This company has dishonest practices. They don't necessarily lie to you but they withhold the truth so that they can profit.
