Annie H, The Solar panels were installed in July 2024, still waiting to complete the main panel upgrade the first week of October 2024.

The electricial inspection is scheduled with the homeowner for 10/25/24. From our team on the original install, the only thing left on this project is we need to change the wire nuts in the old main panel. The homeowner had to leave for church before Mario could put the cover back on and change the wire nuts. All exterior work is complete and system is commissioned. The inspector did give us the tag for a reconnect.

The project has been completed and Permission to Operate was granted on 11/27/24.

It has been a bad experience from the start. I originally financed $40K, out of the $40K, $12K was for home renovations that were supposed to be included in my financing. Original dealer pretty much scammed me the $12k no renovations were done but they still kept the money. I brough to Fastrac energy letting them know that they had a fraudulent Dealer. Nothing was done. Now inverter is out. submitted multiple calls and tickets to finally be told that my contract is invalid since they don't service California anymore. Now I have to hire a new installer pay fees for replacement on inverter and pretty much figure things out on my own. I am still dealing with getting my $12K back or removed from loan but it has been a nightmare so far.

Unfortunately, the $12K in home renovations was not documented in the home improvement contract that was signed. The promise was between you and the Sales Rep, who does not work for Fastrac Energy Services. Fastrac is only the installation company for solar panels. Fastrac completed the details of the home improvement contract executed.

I have to have my roof replaced and started to go through Lubbock Fast Trac, even got a quote, I can't bring myself to fund this company anymore. When you get solar and sign up using ******* they will pay the labor fees up to a certain point based on your contract. I am within the first 2 years on my contract, so I am still covered under that umbrella. Fast Trac attempted to charge me $200-$250 for coming out to my house to work on my solar system they installed, multiple times. Even though I was still within my first 2 years and ******* would've covered that cost. Microinverters went out. I have had my system since 2022 and it's not been fully operational, but one month. Most times I had someone come out it was someone new and they would look at the system in confusion, then spend the next few hours on the phone with ******** At the beginning, the entire crew quit and we "Fell through the cracks" (their wording) for months. Now they will not even come out to the house to fix the 5 microinverters that have been out for almost a year. They want us to pay for their services. Yet we are still under contract with ******* for this replacement/labor fee. YOU ARE NOT TRAPPED. You can change your company, if you use the ********* *** you can find a contracted electrician locally or through ******* and use them. Just ask if they are contracted with ******* if you call around. Just get the new company's email address they have with ******* so you can input it in the app. You can call ******* and have them walk you through this your first time. ******* has been great and answered all my questions and even gave me more info. Even talking with someone from Fast Trac was useless. I spoke on the phone with someone in management, I sent a follow up email. Nothing. I was nice the entire interaction, yes I was upset, but I was not rude for me not to be contacted back. Even gave the option of email in case he didn't want to talk on the phone to me. Dead silence.

We are sorry that you feel this way. However, the warranty on the equipment is not included with Fastrac as the manufacturer provides the warranty on the products. Fastrac has to follow the process of the manufacturer for replacement or it can void the warranty with the manufacturer. The system has been on and producing since 2022. Fastrac does not have a 2 year free warranty. If the system is installed, inspected, received permission to operate and has production of 90 days, our contract with the homeowner is complete. We will warranty items only if it was due to our labor installation. After all of these items are complete, we will charge a truck roll fee to come out and complete a diagnostic call, just like any other company - appliance, HVAC, plumber, etc.

Efficient and professional should be this companies logo. They did exactly what was promised in a shorter time than expected. I’m exceptionally pleased. Somebody give them an award or a star, the key to the city, a gold medal, a thousand camels, one billion dollars, you know something to recognize amazingness. They deserve it.

We had them install a massive system. I wish I knew how AWFUL the experience with them as the installer was going to be. At this point i'm unsure if i'm going to have to hire a lawyer to finish things with them. Their engineers changed the design without my consent and I didn't sign off on what they installed. The installation was mostly done when I noticed something was different. We will see if they hold true to their guarantee. Installation was in Sept. As of writing this review, there are still all the boxes and trash still sitting in our barn after being told numerous times they'll get it taken care of. It's been over 6 months since the installation. Their company LIED to the company funding the loan saying the project was complete. As of writing this review, IT'S STILL NOT COMPLETE. I've paid my loan AND insanely high electricity bills (more than doubling my monthly bill) and spending almost $900/month on electricity because I have to also pay for the solar bill that should entirely replace my power bill. Had I been able to pay according to the contract, I should have had AT LEAST 90 days from when my solar panels kick on and when I am supposed to start paying on my loan. This is because it can take a few months to fully kick on via the power company. I've been paying more than DOUBLE because they lied to the loan company saying our project was complete on Aug 1. THEN the engineers decide to change the placement of my batteries AFTER they're installed. Still waiting to hear about the finish of this installation. They have directly violated our contract and have refused to reimburse me for payments their failure as an organization has made me pay by stating the project was complete when it wasn't. By their own contract, they're supposed to have at least 90 days from the completion of the panels to when i'm supposed to start paying. I've called and emailed them numerous times just to get blown off and NOTHING DONE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fastrac has the ability to change the design without out consent for the Home Improvement Contract signed. Fastrac has completed the installation, inspection and received Permission to Operate on your system. Your current requests are related to service work at which our team has been working with you to complete. The project per the Home Improvement Contract has been completed with installation, inspection and PTO. We are working through your service case. Fastrac has also paid $1,200 towards your loan payments. Fastrac has not violated our contract.

This company is one of the absolute worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I have been a customer with them for over a year, and not only continue to have problems with them, BUT MY SYSTEM DOESN'T EVEN WORK PROPERLY!! Unfortunately, the lowest rating I can give this company is one star, but they certainly deserve less than that. I call at least twice a week regarding updates on when they will send a maintenace/installer team to fix my problem, and after two months of calling, I haven't even received a *date* on when someone will come out and remedy the situation. The (materials were delivered (partially) and sat in my backyard for almost a month before they were installed, only to have them "argue" with the city to get a rep out to perform an assessment and give the go-ahead to turn on the system. after more than 2 months, I was told the missing battery would be arriving and installed. once installed, THE WHOLE SYSEM STOPPED WORKING. Two months later, they sent another team out to survey my system, only to tell me it was INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. The new team pulled all the panels down, assessed the battery, and told me everything was working.... except it wasn't. my battery was never installed correctly, causing me to pay *two* bills (electric, plus the solar bill). after another two months of calling, was told they would schedule me for another installer (which never happened). I filed a complaint to get a credit or reimbursement for my system, only to be told after 6 months "it was being handled by the owners". still haven't heard anything. i recently received an email stating that meter readings are showing that CT(?) is either installed backwards, or not installed at all. customer service keeps telling me "we will call you back this afternoon with an answer", and never hear back. I have currently lost thousands of dollars because I'm paying 2 bills due to this company's ineptitude. I want my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Fastrac completed the installation of Mr. ******** and while it was not perfect installation, Fastrac has completed the installation, the inspection and received Permission to Operate for the system to operate. Homeowner has been in communication with Fastrac and we have been working on solutions for the homeowner; unfortunately, the homeowner has not been satisfied with the proposed resolutions. Fastrac has reimbursement the customer for some payments and completing additional work that is outside the original scope of work from the home improvement contract.

Fastrac completed the installation of the solar PV system as per the home improvement contract executed by Fastrac. While the whole process was not perfect, Fastrac has made attempts to correct the issues and repairs. Fastrac has offered multiple solutions, which have been rejected by the homeowner. The issues have been submitted to a third party to review.

This company is very in component, the pictures they sent were blurry and caused the permit to be delayed so we ended up paying for the panels and a power bill for two months

We are sorry you feel this way however we disagree with your assessment. You signed a contract in February 2022 and we installed in under 90 days. Fastrac completed the installed of the system in April 2022 and received Permission to Operate in July 2022 with CenterPoint Energy. CenterPoint Energy is currently taking 100 days from initial submission of PTO to grant PTO. During the proposal and welcome call, it is reviewed that you may have an overlap in bills between electricity and loan payments. You were promised by your Sales Rep, which is outside of the contract. Fastrac has performed on the contract as executed.
