My solar system has problem with CT Meter not working correctly with split system, which was confirm by the equipment manufacturers Enphase, an service request was send to my installer Awake Solar by Enphase directly, Enphase even problem diagram on how to fix the problem. but the owner Ajay try to deny the problem by telling me "stop play games", he later told me he will try one more time, but it's already more than 2 weeks since our last text, no follow ups, no phone call and no service. Awake Solar only want your money, once they got your money, they don't want to provide warranty service. Every time I contact them for warranty issue, it takes them weeks or even months to have someone send out to check the system. And when they finally arrived, they act like it’s not their business and give bad attitude towards their customer. Their service was so bad that I try my best not to deal with them at all, when I have problem, I contact Enphase directly and most of the time, Enphase can solve my problem remotely. But the problem I’m currently having right now cannot be solve by phone, it requires Awake to come in and fix CT problem. BUT as of now, still no words and no service for this Awake Solar, so I have no choice but to file a BBB complain against this company, hopefully they can have someone come to solve the problem.
