When my solar installer went out of business, I didn't know where to turn for help. My options seemed very limited and I decided to give Elias Solar a call. I'm glad that I did! Michael contacted me and I explained the issue to him. I got a ton of useful information about my system in general from that call. We arranged for him to come out and take a look at my system the following week and he knew very quickly what the issue was with the reporting on my system. When the original installer set everything up, they did not install the consumption CTs on the right wires. As a result, my Enphase app was showing that we were not exporting anything to the grid. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and was able to re-wire the components to show the reality of our import vs. export and the production of our system. I will call Elias Solar again without hesitation should I need help with our system in the future.Review from Walter C

Elias Gonzalez, the new owner of Elias Solar, Inc. is an excellent provider of solar system installation and maintenance. Since the BBB initially recommended the preceding company, Quality Solar Energy, back in December 2020, Elias Gonzalez worked with me for over 6 months to renew and restore my rooftop solar system - accepting no money until the system was completely renovated in June, 2021. The original installer, ******** ********* ******, installed the 3 KW system in September, 2009, but consistently refused to respond to my requests (many via phone calls and e-mails) for maintenance when the system failed in late 2020. I found out via Elias that the original inverter installed in 2009 was recalled some years later for safety reasons, but I was never informed of the recall by either SRE or the inverter manufacturer. Elias installed a new inverter and tuned up the original system which is now operating at a higher KWH than the original 2009 installation. Walter R. ****** Kingwood, Texas
