This company takes no accountability in what they have failed to do on their end. My case was closed and the person that started the case in 2021 did nothing and I sent what was asked of them. As of today my case was closed and I haven't received anything of stating this was happening. To add they asked for an additional fee for closing case to reopen case. Please save yourself trouble and don't use them, they will take your money, and not honor their part in what they said.Review from Deborah S

I contact Finishline tax to help me with my taxes they told me they would help to reduce my taxes. I pay them $300 a month. They could reduce my taxes. The resolution was I pay IRS $250 month for three years & pay Finish line u til January the $300. They have not helped me. I could have done that myself. I told the lady Rachael I could afford to pay them that much also the IRS. She said she would get someone to call me. Finish line has done nothing I could not have done that. My taxes were not reduced. I have dealt with three different persons at finish line so far. They say they could get rid of most of my taxes. I will not keep paying them for nothing. Finishline tax solutions is definitely not a tax solution business. I am more in debt now than I was about one year ago when I reached out to them. They never call back nor do they answer the necessary questions a customer might have. When they finally pick up the phone they will give you the run around. they tell you tax solutions require time to get resolved but we are coming up to one year and they still have not resolved my tax solution.Review from Stephanie T

Worked with this company since 2/24. First offer to the IRS rejected. Ok. This company requested current pay stubs and bank statements to re-do the process. Not a problem. Got a call today they rejected the offer. How is that when I never sent updated info and was waiting to sign new paperwork? This company has done nothing but give me the run around and as the familiar complaints, I'm left owing more to the IRS and out my money for the contract I signed with them. Huge lesson learned and hope they enjoy my $.Review from Cheryl S

***** ** My husband worked with Finish Line Tax Solutions (Texas) to try and get his *** payment lowered. They wanted him to pay up front. He paid them $300 which was a great deal less than they wanted. Of course, we'd like it returned as the person that we were working with when asked questions would have to get back to us. This did not happen in a timely manner. At this point, my husband has called several times and asked Rachel to return his call which she has not. We are not interested in working with them anymore and would like our money returned as we do not feel safe working with this company. Some of the questions that they were asking did not seem appropriate and when asked why they were asking that, we were told that that was information that they needed in order to help us out. I opened my account with Finish line tax solutions 12/1/2023. By 12/19/2023. They found out that my tax issue was resolved. In 1/18/2024, I still haven't heard or seen anything in my portal. The second week of February 2024 I started researching myself and slowly found out by the middle of March that my tax issue was resolved. They charged me $320 a month after my $600 down payment December 1st 2023. I never should've had to make payments in 2024. And can't get my money back. Jan., Feb., and March payments should have never had to of been paid due to my tax issue being resolved in December.Review from Rick E

I believe this company to be fraudulent. They have yet to refund my $600 as I have decided not to use their services. I have not signed any agreements. It’s been six weeks and no refund and no response. Stefan’s Jackson responded with “I will expedite payment “ I have yet to receive my $600 refund. My husband and I contracted with this company to help us with tax relief from a settlement. They charged $200 to $500 every time something came up, like needing other documentation. They. Never even contacted the IRS on our behalf. Then they closed our file after telling us to wait for a letter or contact from the IRS. Complete lies, no help, nothing other than more charges.
