Below is a partial email I submitted to Mr. ******* on 11/. To date, I have not received a reply. "On April 2022, I submitted all “requested” tax documents for filing. Since April, I made several follow-up calls regarding the status of my filing. You frequently stated you were “working on it and you would return my call”. I waited on that call until 10/19. The date I called you, as the IRS extension deadline was 10/22. During that call, you told me you “needed” the document reflecting expenses covered (resulting from the 2020 freeze). Keep in mind, you gave me 2 business days to obtain this document. I informed you, via email, that my Adjuster would send the document the following week You telephoned me 10/22 to inquire of the status of the requested document. Again, you stated you needed the document to complete the filing, sounding as if you had given me sufficient time to acquire it. I reminded you that you gave me 2 business days and the earliest receipt was next week. You then dismissed the urgency of the document, stating you didn’t really need it. Well, here lies my concerns. To date, I have no faith that you spent adequate time to process my filing and used all the “necessary” documents. Therefore, I question if the outcome (owing IRS $440.00) was accurate. You charged me FULL price ($550.00), as if you had provided me with stellar service. I shared my disagreement with this price and sited why. You yet proceeded to charge me $550.00. Three (3) hours later, you informed me you were giving me a $100.00 discount, as your goal is to ensure all customers are satisfied. Of which, I have not received. In summary, my business interaction with you resulted in (1) an overwhelming sense of disrespect (2) the great uncertainty around the filing outcome (owing $440.00) and (3) being invoiced for the full amount of $550.00, while you knowingly provided substandard service. Thus, I am submitting my complaint to give you time to address it and right a wrong."
