*********** ******* ****** ***************** ****** ************ ********** *** ******** **** *********** ********** Taxi Club Houston********* **** ************ Preschedule taxi ride On Aug. 28, 2022, I scheduled and paid for a taxi ride on the date of Aug. 28, 2022 for the time of 0330 hrs for a total fee of $161.25. To arrive at the location ***** ****** *** ******** ** ****** Unfortunately, the taxi never arrived and the reason for the taxi not showing up still hasn't been explained to me. I am extremely disappointed because no cab showed to the preplanned location after a payment had already been made; no attempts to follow up on the failed service even though multiple attempts were made to contact the dispatcher/contractor not only by myself, but by fellow dispatching contractors on the morning of Aug. 28, 2022. I contacted the taxi contractor on Oct 19 to inform him that I would be reaching out to a 3rd party service/agency or filling a report for help since we were not able to resolve the matter ourselves. He did reply to my text message that day stating he would refund me my money in total, but it's been almost 2 months since then and he has not. I would like a total refund from this business/contractor. Thanks.
