      I asked for an Iphone SE (refurbished). And to my surprise yesterday, I got a shipment from *****. It was some no name Samsung knock-off that already had calls made (from Florida, not even where I live). The seal on the packaging was opened (the packaging literally said - do not accept if seal has been broken). The sim card was already removed and installed. I mean hey, it's a free government phone through the Lifeline program, so can I really complain? But seriously....... I call 611 to try to get through to customer support and am in the endless doom loop and can't get through to anyone.

      Been with them for years, suddenly no one ever answers the phone, email or chat. Phone service isn't working and no one to talk to about it. It's like they've dropped off the face of the earth. Drs have the number and I'm forced to go with a new provider and number...they did this about a year ago...my advice, stay away!

      False advertising about plans, signed up for service, never received the sim card i paid for. My debit card information was leaked by them. Had a 367.00 charge on debit card due to them loosing my info or selling it. Dishonest company. Need to be a class action lawsuit.

      They stole my information and keep changing with out my permission and want Answer the phone I had was with Stand up wireless and they changed it and taking my I pay every month block my other phone I just want to be in inrolled

      There is absolutely NO customer service. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days, calling, trying online chat, email, even opened a support ticket. Still no response, phone calls timing out every 10 minutes, "live agent" option just gives you the run around and never connects to a oerson. Terrible and frustrating!

      They deserve -5*. I supposedly get 4.5gb of high speed internet (5G). It never fkn works despite only using 0.5GB of internet. I cannot get my phone to work even in 5G. And when it does, it takes 30 fkn minutes to download one app. On top of that, every single evening, despite having full bars & 5G, I get SOS service only! It’s ridiculous. Boost mobile may not be great, but this shit is ridiculous. I’m going back to Boost. Also, I tried porting my number. Gave them ALL of the info. Once my previous carrier released it, AirTalk said they can’t activate it. Contacted both companies. Now my old phone number is LOST somewhere in the fkn atmosphere coz neither company can get it. I hate AirTalk & free govt service is NOT WORTH THIS! It took them over a MONTH just to give me an eSIM. And that’s after I sent 14 emails in a span of 1 week. I’m done & I’d rather pay 25$ a month for Boost than free with AirTalk. They’re scammers & charging the government for services not rendered.

      Terrible service waited on hold for hours multiple times just to speak with someone . I don’t understand why it takes so long to speak with someone at this supposedly cell phone company that gets whatever funding. This is ridiculous

      AirTalk or AirVoice Wireless, they have both names on the mail i get. they shut my phone off when they sent me a new SIM card for a network upgrade. It came with instructions, i followed them to the exact tee. the sim card isnt showing up in my phone. i am going to try calling the help line again tomorrow. i sure hope i dont miss out on work due to this inconvenience. i really hope someone will answer the phone or the chat line tomorrow. thank you kindly.

      It took over a month to receive my iphone, then thry forced me to INSTALL A PROFILE, meaning they had access/control of anything on my phone whenever they wanted it STILL being given the run-around trying to transfer my service. NO WAY they should be approved for a Government program like this. Total scam. Sham. And their practices HAVE to be illegal!

      I have the same situation in the comments below.. airtalk took my money an its been over 2 months an still haven't received what I purchased. I'm on a low income an struggle alot. This doesn't help at all
