I mailed my tennis racquet to Tennis Express, LP ***** **** **** *****, Houston, TX 770423404 on December 4th, 2023, with tracking through ***, for a restringing service I had purchased. Racquet was confirmed arrived on December 7th, 2023 and was signed for by "Hicks." After not hearing anything from Tennis Express, LP for 8 days concerning my racquet, I contacted Tennis Express, LP on December 15th to inquire about the status of my racquet and when I would receive it. Representative said they would look and call back in 20 minutes. I did not receive any phone call that day and received no information (despite repeatedly calling) until the following Tuesday from Tennis Express, LP and a representative explained that they made a "bad booboo" and lost my racquet. He offered a used replacement racquet, a "demo" racquet of the same model. I explained that this offer did not cover the value of the lost racquet, then he asked what I would like, and I explained that I would accept the used "demo" racquet of the same model as my lost racquet and an additional new racquet as fair compensation. This request was denied. Due to managerial absence, this conversation had to be continued the following day. After talking to a supervisor, I was offered the same deal as the night before. This conversion continued for several minutes, ending with the Tennis Express supervisor accusing me of being disrespectfully uncourteous and that she, quote: "could have given you [me] a slap on the wrist," which was a bizarre and uncomfortably aggressive statement. I have been very polite and patient throughout this whole process. I was also told during my last conversation that the original "demo" racquet they offered me was in such bad shape that they (Tennis Express, LP) would not even be comfortable selling it. I was also told by a representative that my racquet might have been accidentally sold by Tennis Express on eBay instead of sending it to the restring department as I had paid for.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on 08/12/2022 with a promised 2 day shipping. Five days later, I still haven't received my package. So I called and they said they were moving and would ship on 08/22/2022. Today is 08/25 and I still haven't receive a tracking number or any notice so far.
