      Good morning, ****** * ***** ***** hired EZEXIT NOW to have our time shares cancelled (this has been 3-4 years now) I was trying to contact them for the last few months and recently found out that they are out of business. They have our money and told us they would be able to get our timeshare cancelled, this has not happened. At the least i would like to have my money refunded and find a firm that would be able to finish the cancellation of our time share. We went with them because they were BBB certified (according to what we saw) Would you have someone call us and help with this situation. We are now receiving notices from a collection agency. Your help is requested. Thank you ************

      In September of 2021 we entered into a contract with EZ Exit Now and gave them $4000 to get us out of our timeshare, as promised in their contract and presentation. They said they had lawyers available to support us. In the two years we have never had access to a lawyer, and in the last year it has been hard to get ahold of them. The last time we spoke with them they said we were next in line to have a lawyer assigned. It appears now that they've closed their office permanently, though I don't have definitive confirmation of that. We want a refund of our money.

      We hired this company to help with getting out of a timeshare. They took our money and later sent us paperwork to get notarized. We mailed the paperwork certified as they requested but it was returned to sender. Reason on yellow USPS label was Unclaimed. I called the company and the person who answered verified I had the correct address {which is the same address on BBB site} and said that she didn't know why it would have been Unclaimed. She also said that I needed to talk with our case manager, Olivia, and transferred me to Olivia's voice mail where I left a message. That was in early April. I have tried repeatedly to call the company and left voicemail messages, emailed customer service at [email protected] , and left messages with the field consultant, John ******. It is now July 11th and I still have not received any contact from the company. I have no idea if the company is out of business or if I am being ignored for some reason or if I gave money to a person, John ******, who is not affiliated with the company. I would like help, if possible, to find out if the company is an existing company that is still in business, if the company would contact me to work out the problems with the mail, communication, etc, and if they are not in business or are not wanting to do the service anymore then I need to know that to start the process to get our money back. I need to know what is going on. Hopefully BBB can help with one or more of these issues. Thank you.

      On 1-18-2020, I entered into a contract with E Z Exit Now to get out of a timeshare. The Wyndham Resorts Timeshare (Orange Tree Resort in Scottsdale AZ) was owned outright and the annual dues were/are current. I paid $6,895.00 for them to get me out of the timeshare. I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails over the last six months and am still not out of the timeshare. They have gone dark and are not returning messages. I have complied with all requests/correspondence and directives from E Z Exit Now as we went through the process. I was assured this process would take approximately two years and was delayed further by Covid. Wyndham will not deal with me directly because I hired a third party. I am at a loss for what to do. I have email thread and correspondence available upon request.

      On April 15, 2021 we engaged EZ Exit Now to disengage us from our Royal Holiday Club contract. We paid them $12,487. They assured us that they have had success with Royal Holiday Club before but that they were difficult. They said in most cases it took three to twelve months but could take up to twenty-four months, but to allow for 3 years because of Covid. We had been members of the Royal Holiday Club for 30 years and had 11 more years on our contract, but just wanted to be able to not pay the maintenance fee and not use their facilities. We were getting older and having trouble traveling for health reasons. We were not asking for anything in return. Over the past two years I have exchanged many, many emails with EZ Exit Now, most of the time having to request an answer to mine several times before getting a reply. At the beginning of March, 2023 I received a call from someone called Olivia telling me she would be calling me in a couple of days to give me an update. I told her we would be on vacation for 2 weeks and to please email me instead. When we returned home from vacation, I found that we had received three voicemails from Dana ******, VP of Communications asking me to return his call and he gave me his direct number. Since that time, I have left him at least 15 voicemails asking him to call me. I have also called the main phone number several times asking for someone to call me and have sent several emails. All unanswered. It is now June 3, 2023 and I don’t know what to do.

      On 02/20/2020 I hired EZ Exit Now to assist me in getting out of my time share. Field consultant, Chris ******** came to my home and collected $****.. I signed a contract with a money back Guarantee. They had to get me out of the time share within two years. I have work with this company over the past two years with no results My time share has not been canceled .I have phoned them weekly for the past four months all the calls go to voice mail . I have received no return calls. I need your help.

      EZ Exit Now and Mr. ***** are in agreement to move forward in completing the exit. The parties agree that there have been extenuating circumstances interfering with the exit process. Client is in contact with the VP of communications to ensure there are no more miscommunications or missed communications. Client remains in good standing with EZ Exit Now.
