About six months ago I took my 1993 ford bronco to the humble location for A plus Transmission Specialist because my truck was shifting hard. They diagnosed and rebuilt my Transmission and told me to come back for an oil check in 10 days. I brought it back before than because it was still running bad and was informed the new guys didn't put enough oil in the new Transmission. A few months later I took my bronco to their other location further down 1960 for some fuel repairs. Was charged 400 for a new fuel pump and assembly kit. About a half a month of waiting I went to pick up my truck to find out that the Guage still wouldn't work because of a "connector issue". I pulled it from the shop because the communication was all over the place and the job definitely didn't need to take two full weeks. I was told I could pick up the connector when it came in the mail so I could do the work myself just to call for two weeks and get the ring around. Finally a month or so later I drop my gas tank to find out neither fuel pump or the assembly kit was replaced. Now that that's fixed my bronco is back to shifting terribly and I'm in the works of getting it diagnosed by another shop to see what exactly is wrong with the Transmission..... my problem is. I have a two year warranty on the 3,000 dollars I paid for this shop that so obviously scammed me out of 400 dollars recently and their work is obviously trash. There just going to keep taking my truck for weeks, not do the work, or lie and do it terribly and send it back for it to mess up in a few more months. I don't really know what to do but I took pictures and have receipts of everything. Looking forward to hear back from you guys

On Tuesday November 14, 2023 I called and spoke with Ms. ******* about her 1993 Ford Bronco. In that conversation I offered to refund the $390.00 for the fuel pump. I asked her to bring the Bronco to the shop so A+ Transmission can diagnose and perform the repairs needed. A+ Transmission rebuilt the transmission in May of this year and it has a 24 month 24,000 mile local warranty on the repair. I am waiting for her response to my offer. Sincerely, Theron Newton.

Called them to see if they could fix my car. Told me that that tow was free. Once they diagnosed everything they wanted me to pay $4500 to fix a car worth $5000. Told them I wasn’t going to fix it. They continued to hound me about letting them fix it. Then after I continued to tell them no, they told me that I was now going to have to pay for the tow. They never told me the tow was free if they did the repairs. They just said it was free. After talking to David on the phone 3 different occasions on the same day, the last phone call he said “we take cash or cashiers check only for labor only jobs”. This was never discussed previously. On top of that I spoke with their corporate office and the lady said she has never heard of any of their locations taking cash only for labor jobs, said that seems off. I feel like they are taking advantage of me. If this is the case. They need to disclose this information up front. They have been a nightmare to deal with. I just moved down here to Humble, Tx in November, I don’t have a local bank so I can’t get them $980 in cash or a cashiers check. I can only do credit card payment and they are telling me they take cash only. I just want to pay them their money and get my car back so I don’t have deal with them ever again.
