Engine was a total failure.. after we got the motor, which looks brand new, the mechanic installed it. Engine had mechanical issues that are beyond my explanation. Where an engine has a process of intake, air and flowing through through the exhaust, this engine did the opposite and shot air out of every scene in the gaskets and out the oil fill cap. Mirsad, the owner of Beso auto repair, is not just a great mechanic. He is an tenured 5 star Audi repair mechanic at the flagship dealership of Audi. When he installed the motor(by reman) in the Audi, the engine was uncontainable at startup. This is a danger to the head mechanic, staff and facility. He did what he does at Eddie just Bob. His work ethic is a question so he wasn’t questioning how he performed the next step, which was taking out the motor and placing it in a safe area. Now, because we have done this reman had a total taste in her mouth, because of the fact that the motor was not shown today the way they had stated they would like a diagnosis. Once they see the video and diagnosis, then they would confirm. So sad, had taken the motor back on the crane back installing completely the way it was before. So installing a motor twice. Then, he had the video taken the disease, Motor, as is air all over the facility. As promised, we sent the video and diagnosis to them. Ron, as sneaky as a and probably is, stated “”well we did not want you to put it back in?? Why did you put it back in??” The sound I hear sounds like what I hear and see at poker game…. as someone bluffs their way through a card game. This is a hack job ,and a hack company. This man was basically abused to put and take out a motor and assembly.. TWICE. Then packaged it to ship to them.. am my opinion, this man displayed nothing but Class midship at hard work, only to be denied what is fairly his, a fair wage for his blood sweat and tears. . THEY GRANTED HIM NO MONEY. This is unjust, unfair, and DIRTY! But I will not rest until he’s awarded.
