The only reason they’re getting one star it’s because I couldn’t put -5 stars. We arranged two vehicles with parking and transportation to the cruise terminal and Galveston, Texas. The drop off was bad. They did not have transportation ready when we got there. They were having to disconnect a trailer from a van they had there at the lot, unloading tables, etc. from the back of the van did not have a driver handy and they had to hurry up and get one. That’s fine, I get some bad things happen in business. I have owned my own business for many years. However, the second strike was upon return to the port after the cruise shuttle finally did arrive an hour after it was supposed to the owner of the company after my second call became very very rude. The owner did drive by in a Cadillac Escalade, just let me know that there is a van coming well when the van came it was already full of luggage and passengers and we had scheduled the van for a party of six with lots of luggage we had to wait for another shuttle to show up split into two groups. While waiting for the second shuttle, I asked the owner. Would it be easier if I just took a Uber as long as somebody would be there to let me into the lot where my cars are. He got extremely short and smart, which is not a good idea with a customer who is waiting in the heat for over an hour With elderly parents and a young child if you would have been honest about the situation that he had overbooked jobs and could not completed, I would have understood. Instead, he chose to lie about the situation and leave everybody sitting in the heat. That I rode in had a group of people that were extremely pissed off as well because of the owners smart remarks on the phone same as my also the van that my wife and Parents were in another group that was also very well pissed off. The owner of the company needs to hire a manager and step away from customer service. He Does not have the Personality to deal with people. AVOID COMPANY LIKE PLAGUE!!!
