I am frustrated and disappointed with ibummerang because they keep charging a membership fee for 4 months($99/month) starting in June 2022 even though I never signed up for a membership. They only would refund 3 months of fees. And on December 6th the STILL are charging me a membership fee even though my entire account has been disabled and they said I would no longer be charged a fee beginning in October. Plus they are now charging an additional fee of $49 on December 6th, 2023 as well. I emailed ibummerang on Nov 11th and they have not responded. I am requesting $247 refunded($99+$99+$49) to me by 12/31/2022.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
This letter is to inform you that ibuumerang has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 12/15/2022 and assigned ID ********. They have processed a refund that will take between 7-10 days to reach my credit card account. It has been refunded and the accounts are closed.
