09/02/2022 I purchased a 2014 Ford f450 from Auto Boutique Texas LLC using my Arizona ID with $10,000 down financed through ******** FINANCIAL FOR $558.83 December 4,2022 note was rejected and I received a letter of payoff from ******** FINANCIAL so I tried on several occasions to speak with GM THERESA BALK MARCH 10,2023 I RECEIVED a 10 day demand letter from Auto Boutique Texas LLC to return the truck because they couldn't register the truck because my Arizona ID doesn't have a expiration date on it which is a government agency issued ARIZONA ID and that my down payment and monthly payments are questionable file a complaint with the Texas DMV CASE#230005119 ALSO I FILED A POLICE REPORT BECAUSE A REPO COMPANY TRIED TO RECOVER THE TRUCK MY ISSUE IS MY ARIZONA STATE ISSUED GOVERNMENT AGENCY DOCUMENT IS LEGIT NEED HELP WITH THIS MATTER also I never received tags or plates for the truckInitial Complaint

I bought a 2018 Honda pilot with 45000 miles on it at market price on july 2022, on November I discovered a leak on the transmission torque converter, thinking the car was under warranty with the manufacturer took it to Honda to address the problem and to my surprise I found out the transmission had been replaced with an older transmission, a 2016 transmission from a salvage car ,voiding any warranty. Knowing the car had been in an accident, before buying the car I made inquiries with the sales lady and she told me all the mechanical parts were original to the car.Business response
