Durrett Motor Company sold my wife a car that transmission went out in less than 8 months ?? now we are in debt cause we stuck in a 3yr contract for a Lemon ?? we are now dealing with 4200 in repair and the car a 2014 ford Se has to go to the Ford dealer cus the computer went out at the same time. Now this is after we paid off a 2016 Ford focus do to a car accident they knew this so they took advantage of our situation charged my wife more for a piece of junk the 2014 cost more than the 2016..they also harassed me and was very very rude about payments ive made and they claim I didn't so I get a beeping nose every month cause they can't keep up with my payments..when I ask for a manager they put some random person on the phone who I think not even the manager talking stupid to me this experience has been a Nightmare thanks to Durrett I'm now officially in debt when I never been in debt before this thank Durrett for stabbing us in the chest with a Big Smile this Company very shady Scammers!

I purchased a vehicle from Durrett and it has been a nightmare ever since. I paid the vehicle off over a month ago and I have not received my release of lien paperwork nor have I received my title. I call and get told to give it another week. I called the DMV and was told that Durrett never requested the title for my vehicle. The ladies in the payment center are rude and not helpful at all. I had to constantly call for my payments to be processed even though it was on auto pay. They force placed insurance on several occasions for both mine and my daughters vehicle when we had our own. On one occasion they processed 3 payments at once and then argued with me when I called to tell them it happened. It took over a month for them to refund me those payments due to them not processing the refund correctly. When I purchased the vehicle I kept hearing a knock only to find a tow ball in the undercarriage of my car. My daughter has had the same issues with them as well. We both purchased a vehicle from them around the same time. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing from them at all. My daughters vehicle will be paid off in the next few months and we will officially be done with them. I have asked to speak to the owners and the GM as recently as today and not one person has returned my call. The only positive thing is that my sales person was great. He is no longer there due to their business practices!
