My payment balance is not right, the changed my balance, I been calling they send me to voicemails, I have documentation of me calling I have all my receipts for my payments now I don’t know what there doing to my account it’s showing different balances, they act like they couldn’t email me my receipts when it Finally came threw it was a balance of 9,000 and something dollars I have the proof for that as well.Business response

Dear Customer, we apologize for the misunderstanding. However, there is no error on your account. There are two different versions of receipts. As shown in the attachment, the first receipt shows the Primary Loan Principal Only Balance. As shown on this receipt, it displays the remaining Principal balance NOT including unearned interest or sales tax. On the second receipt, it displays Primary Loan Balances. This includes Principal, Unearned Interest, and Sales Tax balances combined. There is no fraud intended, we value your business. Thank you.Initial Complaint

They have my car in their possession and not willing to fix it unless I pay them for the motor first. And I find that kinda crazy with the fact that I’m paying a note and they still expect to pay a note every 2 weeks for a car they haven’t even started fixing on. So I can’t drive it it’s just sitting out their lot.Business response

This vehicle had bullets holes all around. We have already repaired that, now the vehicle is currently in our mechanic shop being serviced due to mechanical failure that was not related to the insurance claim. The client had purchased this vehicle back in December 2020. There is no more warranty on the vehicle. We approached the client to pay for the service needed but client declined. The client need to contact our service department for service update.
We are not sure why the customer filed a complaint when the vehicle has no warranty! This complaint is unjustified. Thank you
