      After seeing an online advertisement for a ******** Van I was told that the ad was a stock photo. They charged a $500 deposit to hold without disclosing it was non-refundable. Once I saw the ****** ****** it revealed the vehicle had structural damage and had been in several accidents that was not disclosed prior to them taking my money. They would not disclose what happened to the vehicle to me nor details about its damage. They have yet to refund my deposit. I was not willing to finalize an out of state purchase without full disclosure of the condition of the vehicle and now am having to fight to get my deposit back. They were dishonest from the start. Highly recommend avoiding this place. UPDATE: Instead of making this right they just bribed me with an email saying if I would remove my reviews they would give me part of the money back they stole from me.

      Was offered a quote for **** ********* which I was told explicitly would not result in a hard credit pull. I confirmed before providing it would not result in a hard pull and was told it would not. The salesperson used my information for a credit application that resulted in multiple hard pulls without my consent. When I contacted the company to reach out to credit agencies to take responsibility for submitting an application without my consent so the inquiry could be removed from my credit, they refused

      I purchased a 2016 *** ** ****** from Ultimate Motorsports on February 29,2024. Anthony **** was my salesman. We video chatted the car where he showed me the inside and outside of the vehicle. The moonroof was open as in the advertisement. The car was shipped to me. I received it on March 5, 2024. The moonroof was one of the first things I checked upon arrival. It did not and has not opened once!! I called Mr. **** and told him, he kept saying it was working but does not know why it stopped during transport. I have taken it to the *** dealership and was told the motor needs replacement at a cost of $3000. I would never have purchased the vehicle had it not worked because the moonroof was one of my main features why I bought the car. Now they are saying they cannot help or repair it which is unfair and bad advertisement even though it is a used vehicle. Please help.

      I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding a recent vehicle purchase from Ultimate Motorsports in Houston, Texas. I am the purchaser of a 2017 ******** ******** from the mentioned dealership. I found the vehicle through CarGurus.com, the were selling it for $35,728. The transaction took place on December 14th, 2023 through **** ******* ****** *****, and the vehicle was delivered to my residence in Macon, Georgia. Despite assurances from the salesman, Mr. Anthony ***** that there were no issues with the vehicle, I encountered significant problems upon driving it the next day it was delivered to my home. The engine light illuminated, the ride was excessively bouncy, and a crack in the windshield became apparent. I promptly contacted Mr. ***** who acknowledged the issues and assured me reimbursement of $300 for the windshield and new shocks. Regrettably, as of January 7th, 2024, neither the promised funds nor the necessary replacement shocks have been received. Furthermore, on December 26th, 2023, my wife noticed alarming squeaking noises coming from the brakes, indicating potential issues with the brake pads. Despite reaching out to Ultimate Motorsports via email at *********************** there has been no response, underscoring a lack of accountability. This situation raises concerns about false advertising on ******** by Ultimate Motorsports, as the vehicle listing did not accurately represent its condition. The unaddressed issues and lack of communication have left me in an untenable position, affecting the safety and functionality of the purchased vehicle.

      I bought this ***** on my birthday Aug 21. I was going t***** *** **** ******* ******** I found this ***** and Anthony **** sold me this car. Once I had the car and drove it. The car was making noise found out the tire was old and on 3/10 another 5/10. Under the reg. I couldn't believe this company sold me this car. Anthony showed me how to use the uber app and then he had his credit card information on there. I drove the car 3 hours away once I was there I couldn't charge the vehicle cause his card was taken off. He told me it would take 2 days to update and when I called him strand he acted annoyed and like I was bothering him. I will never go to this store. and I hope someone really close them down. They are totally disrespectful.

      I purchased a **** ***** ***** ************ on 7/31/23 , salesperson (Joey) said there is a 3 day/300 miles no question asked grace period to return the car. On 8/1/23, while driving the suspension fault warning light came up on the dashboard. I called the company and spoke with Joey. I explained everything including the fact that I wanted to return the vehicle. He said "the sales manager is the only person to approve that but the sales manager is at auction and for me to call back at 2pm". I called back at 3pm, Joey again said the sales manager is still at auction but he provided me with an email for the sales manager. He told me to email him and he will reply back or call me. I still have not heard back from the sales manager. On 8/2/23, low coolant level warning light came up on the dashboard. I took it to **** *** and was told it is leaking coolant. The mechanic was gracious to check where the leakage is coming from. Mechanic says it is leaking from the intake located in the front. But they don't have the tools to remove the compartments to get to the leakage. On 8/3/23, after grocery shopping, as I was attempting to shift the gear to reverse; the gear selector will not shift. Finally the advertised mileage is incorrectly. The dealership hide the actual mileage from the dashboard. Mileage was reported as 92,673 but when I got home and read the manual to see how to display the mileage on the dashboard, the actual mileage was 92,843. The dealership sold me a vehicle with major issues, engaged in deceptive sales and advertising practices including odometer reading. I am seeking to return the vehicle or they need to pay for the repairs.

      I purchased at ******** **** **** ***** from the dealership and within 2 weeks i had to repair brakes and rodars, and that is okay because that is normal wear and tear on a vehicle. Upon receipt of the vehicle i had to send it back because i told the sales person Sara that this vehicle is not running right, she assured me her mechanics would go thru it and it would be good to go. sent it back with nothing done but the trunk that wouldn't close properly was repaired. I have changed coils motor mounts ect spent an insane amount of money basically car was not in the condition to sell,.
