              In regards to rental property *** ******* ******* ********* ***  When we bought the property, the hot water heater was already installed in the garage area. Leased the property for approximately 8 years to 3 separate tenants. We, as owners, paid the monthly rental fee. *** unexpectedly passed away January 2023. Property was sold August 2023. Contacted the company after his passing, was advised to change the bill to my name. Was not advised this was a lease through 2026. Have made numerous call to close account due to property sale. Even though am told my name is on the account, bill reflects ******* ***********. Every response is the person assisting cannot help in closing out the account. Has to be pushed to a higher department to calculate the balance on the bill through the end of the contract. I have been reaching out to the new owner for the location of the hot water heater. My understanding not using. To date no response. In additional to owing the fees though 2026, I will have to pay a penalty for closing the account early and the cost of hot water heater.

              I had water leaking from my tank. I called them and they said they would come out that day and if I wasn't home it would be a 85 dollar charge. They never called back and never showed up after I waited home all day. I inherited the water heater not knowing it when I moved in the house 30nyears ago. I want this water heater gone but coming here I see it's gonna be a problem. Also this heater should've been paid off 10 times now.

              Thank you for your feedback, Katrina. We certainly apologize that you had an issue with your hot water heater. We pulled the phone call that you had with us, and the agent stated that you would be getting a call from the plumbing company within 24-48 hours. The agent did let you know that they typically call the same day so you might hear from them today. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience that you had due to this misunderstanding. Our agents do not have access to the schedule of the plumbers, so we are not able to set the appointments. The $85 charge only applies if you made an appointment with the plumber, and you are not home when they arrive. We understand and respect that you wish to have the hot water heater removed and that removal has been scheduled.
