Seriously thinking about cancelling Culligan. A huge leak was caused by Culligan's system malfunctioning and they say they can only come to check on March the 8th (16 days from now). They also that that if I want them to come sooner, I need to pay $250 dollars per the first 30 minutes + I don't know how much more after 15 minutes...

When the representative came he informed us that every three months an agent would come out to add salt to the tank that is located in my garage of course there is a fee. My problem is I have to call them every three months and they are unable to provide a time so you literally have to be home all day. January 18,2023 I was scheduled for agent to come however no one came called Culligan and spoke to someone who advised she would call me back when she contacts agent to get a time estimate. Well no return call as of yet January 20,2023.. WOW!!!!!Culligan of Houston Response

Spoke to customer on 1/30/23; apologized for previous missed delivery as we are still experiencing employee shortages but doing the best we can under the circumstances. Explained the delivery process to her, updated our delivery instructions for most effective communications with future deliveries, and delivered salt to customer the next day. *Note: I called twice the NEXT day, to f/up and be sure she was satisfied, but VM was not set up, unable to leave a message (1/31- 3:26pm).Review from Gloria E D

So very awesome and efficient. Have been utilizing this company for at least 3 years. The total home water filtration system is excellent in our home. Never had a problem with them performing our services at any time. It helps your hair feel great after showering and you have to utilize less detergent when washing clothes, dishes, etc. This filtration system totally softens the water and removes many items and things from the water. Once you use Culligan, you will never want to go back to plain water. Thank You Eden for being of great assistance to us when we call about any questions, we have about anything. Eden has patience and gets the answers you need anytime you call. We Love You Ms. ****. Keep up the AWESOMENESS JOB! God Bless and Keep All of you Forever at Culligan.
