I am very upset with there service. No one has came out to service my machine, the phone number for Amari is not working. My machine is draining lots of water every morning and my water bill has went up $150 more. Something is wrong. I have tried to reach out even by email and hasn't worked. So basically I bought this machine and there is no one to help. The loan people cant do anything about it either. This is ridiculous!! What is going on??

Penny Y My mom was under the impression this water system was free but has been paying every month of close to $100 every month on a fixed income. She was suppose to be able to order supplies for a year every year and has not been able to get in touch with them or to call customer service for any questions she has about the water system. This water system is a fraud and I fell they seek out senior citizens to get paid and leave the burden on the elderly and family. I will write and report this program to anyone and everyone for the payments of $19,000 to be taken off her credit report and stop making payments. people are making money and not providing services, answering their phone or anything. on the contract my husband signed it stated we had 3 days if we changed our mind on the purchased. He signed on FRIDAY NIGHT and the company we to install on on Saturday morning. we called to agent early on Saturday and informed him we changed our mind. i called the finance company to stop the application and they nor my self can reach ALKA MIST PREIMER. This company is a fraud. i can not see how he can make us pay for services when the contract stated 3 days to change your mind.

I am writing to have the CEO dismiss the water system/ solar panels that was purchased by my mom (Cherry Myers) that has dementia. My mom was instructed that this was a free process. Unfortunately, this encountered an accumulative (2) loans to equal $18,079.00 If I can get the CEO/President of this company to contact myself (Sheritta Vance) (daughter) to get this removed/resolved that would be great and would eliminate further pursuit elsewhere. In addition, the compliant to this matter is that my mother is 81 years old and was under the impression that this would be a free encounter. This was confirmed when she called her best friend in the neighborhood and said I can send him to your house, and friend's response was no thanks, I have no money for solar panels, etc. This has been very disturbing to my stress level to think that this would happen to an unstable individual in return for a commission. The day of the installation, I spoke to a Victor in which said would give my email and telephone number to company in which at that time my mom was not providing contact information due to believing she was in control of her visit with a Mr. Jackson.
