      I am having a very similar to experience to most of the people who have reported this company here. Specifically, we worked with https://24hourwristbands.com to order 50 custom tote bags for our wedding - happening in a few days. We paid a huge sum of money AND a huge rush fee to get the bags delivered here 4 days ago. The company is now saying it's UPS's fault that it will be one and a half weeks late - arriving after we've already left for our wedding, rendering these items completely useless. We've been on the phone with customer service (which, is one sole person) about 5 times already today. That person has been utterly useless, refuses to help, and continues to claim that their "manager" will call me back in up to 48 hrs. We do not believe a manager even exists and that this entire company is a scam. They should be shut down and not allowed to continue to scam innocent customers out of hundreds of dollars.

      Im currently in the midst of this situatiuon and can get no help. I called and demanded to speak to a manager and still haven't spoken to one or gotten any insight on my order that is needed July 23rd at the latest. My order was placed on the 7th of June, approved June 10th. Went into production June 22nd. And I'm being told that it is still in production? My client needs their products by July 23rd and the site says it's still in production as of July 19th. I need it confirmed that the order will be printed and is being overnighted or shipped with the utmost expediency. It cannot arrive later than 7/23. This needs to be guaranteed. Your company is putting my reputation and company at risk and could cost us money for your apparent incompetence. This is of the utmost importance and you need to act like it. Give me the assurances I need. I want nothing less than to know its been printed, shipped with expedited shipping to get here on time and I want tracking numbers. This will be the last time I direct any client to use your service if you do not help and we've spent thousands over the years with you all. I will actively campaign against others using your company. Please help me because nobody in customer service can. No managers are ever accessible. Nobody has eyes on what is being done, they just report what the screen tells them. I am very very angry. I need a manager who knows anything to help me. I've been trying for days. I would pay more for better service with another company.

      ***** I don't think I would order from this company again. My order had an estimated delivery of June 20, and I needed the shirts by June 24, so I thought it would be okay, especially after reading all the great reviews on ******* By June 19 I was getting worried because I still hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation. So I emailed them and then called them. I was told on the phone that because I hadn't paid for "guaranteed delivery" it could be another week or two before my order even shipped. I had ordered 48 shirts on June 4. I insisted that I needed the shirts by the 24th, and was told they could be delivered by then for an additional $150, which was about half the price of my original order. I declined, and then called back and tried to cancel my order. When I asked for a manager, I was told that there was no one available but I could leave a message and a manager *might* get back to me. The next day I got a response from my request to speak to a manager, and was told the shirts could be delivered by the 24th for an additional $80. By this time I had looked the company up on the BBB website and seen that many people had bad experiences with them, so I was nervous to give them any more money, and I never returned the call or answered the email. But then I got a shipping confirmation! And my shirts arrived around 6PM on the 24th, just in time for the evening program I needed them for, which was stressful but at least they arrived. :-) And they're perfect! The BBB website mentions that there have been complaints against this company of the orders being misprinted or otherwise wrong, but mine seems great! :-) Which is why they're getting as many stars as they are. ;-) Like I said, I probably will pay more next time and go with another company.

      BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST *********** WITH YOUR PROJECT. I ordered 26 yard signs with 'guaranteed' delivery on June 7. When the package arrived, there were only 20 signs. When I filed a claim on the company website (June 7th) to report the error, I expected a resolution along the lines of "Sorry for our error, we'll print and send the missing items immediately." Nope. To make matters worse, the website wouldn't let me file a claim on June 7. So I chatted with an 'expert' to try to upload a photo proving I did not receive all of the signs. Eventually, they had me email the picture. Never heard from them. Instead, I had to call ******* * ***** as well as filing more reports (called 'tickets') with the company. Today (June 10), when I called a third time, the customer service representative was unbelievably rude (even snickering/laughing). He told me if I wanted the missing signs, I would have to reorder them and pay the rush shipping. I told him this was unacceptable because this was their error, not mine, and they should stand behind their commitment to getting my order here correctly and on time. When I asked the customer service rep about the 'guarantee' of June 7th delivery and why they don't stand behind their 'guarantee', he again snickered and said their guarantee was good because I got the delivery on time just like the 'guarantee' said I would -- to which I replied, "But my order was incomplete! That's not a guarantee!" He then said he/they couldn't resolve my issue in a more timely manner because they handle a lot of orders and are under a lot of stress in their department. Seriously?! Their best resolution (after a 27-minute call that went back and forth like this) is that they say they will send the signs, which should arrive by Friday - more than a week after they were 'guaranteed.' I'm not confident I'll ever see them. ******* should have printed the signs and overnighted them to me. This is NOT a good business. I'll never use them again.

      This website is borderline scamming people. For customized bags, they have pricing laid out on their webpage for "blank" and "custom". Once you customize the bag and upload your own logo, the price will drastically increase. There is no mention of using your logo will cause the price to increase. And I'm not sure if they understand what "custom" means. Their customer service is utterly useless, basically providing no help, and doesn't seem to understand your questions or needs. I would stay far away from this company, their sales tactic is disgusting.

      I ordered cotton tote bags for Earth Day and was told that I would have them withing two weeks. Turns out I will not have them until May. The customer service representative told me the problem was with my delivery choice. Even though the estimated time said two weeks, because I did not choose "guaranteed" it takes longer. Well, it will take a month longer. Never again will I order from them.

      A nightmarish experience. All these products are sent to China for production and even if they quote you an estimated delivery time, that time is not honored not even close. Once the order is in, they will charge you if you want to expedite the order even though the ETA has been weeks late already from the original date when ordering. Just received a call stating that they only can fulfill part of that order a month after the it was placed and that they will charge me the expedited fee to send the partial order. Also, their ticket system is cumbersome and complicated, I asked to exchange the logo the same day of the order through a ticket and when we received that part of the order, the logo exchange request had not gone through. When called, they said they wouldn't be held liable or responsible for any errors. I strongly recommend to go with ******** ** ****** More professional and honest that these people.

      Ordered our shirt on blue shirts. They sent me a proof on pink shirts. Took them a day to send me back the correct proof. By then I had to pay a rush charge to get them on time. They shipped them with signature required and never let us know that was the way they shipped it because we are not home during the day we both work. They said that is the way *** shipped them and that is a lie. You have to select signature required so needless to say they showed up Friday and we were not home to sign for them and did not have our shirts for our event. The did nothing to help us out so I have to eat $750 in shirts that we cannot use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH A CROOKS!

      Worst company I ever in my life dealt with and never do business with them again! They will ask you to pay more to try to deliver by the date that they told you they would be here by over and over again! My items will not be here on time and now they want to offer me 5% back! I asked to talk to Manager several times for weeks they put in a ticket and you will never get a call back! It is not worth one moment of your time, money to do business with ******** This place is a joke and I would not consider this place a business! I would give you zero stars if I can!

      They run a promotion for 14% off your cart with no terms. After contacting support they stated that it does not apply to ***** products. I am somewhat pleased with my order, but I fear that this breaks antitrust laws laid out for advertising and could lead to a lawsuit.
