      This is the worst company to get parts from. I ordered a D&D exhaust from them they said 3 months. 3 months turned into 6 then 9. I finally said the hell with it I want my money back they tried to give me a store credit i dont want that i want my money. They said i would have to go through my bank. My bank denied the claim i told Titan they said they will issue me a refund. I haven't received it icall they dont answer and they don't return phone calls when you leave a message.

      On October 10 I purchased a set of after market harley-davidson bags from titan customs by phone the transaction was approved Immediately on my visa debit card. Titan customs told me 7days delivery. I called 20 days later they told me 7days more. I called ****** harley-davidson who they partner with and they gave them the run around they also stop answering their phone and emails .it November 29th and no progress

      I ordered a product from this company on October 16, 2022. I have not received any updates on my order status. I have contacted them by email, online message and phone call (you are required to leave a message because a recording states they cannot answer your call. It says they will return your call within 24 hours, but they don’t).

      I purchased a part from Titan Customs on June 6, 2022. By June 27 or 28 I had received the wrong product from Titan and reached out to them about returning the wrong part and replacing it with the correct one. It took at least five phone calls and emailing the same incorrect packing slip a total of five times before I received the return label to send back the incorrect part on July 12, 2022. I followed up with Titan several times to make sure that the correct item was indeed ordered once they had received the incorrect part. I was assured that the order was still standing that the part be replaced with the correct-fitting product and that an email would be sent as soon as it shipped. I waited until the end of August before reaching out again to check order status and, after many unreturned phone calls and emails, was told to remain patient by the staff ****** *** ****. By the end of September I had left several messages with the company asking for a call back from the general manager "Chris" regarding my order. No communication from Titan has been made. At this time it seems as if they have blocked my calls as all I can do is leave the same message asking for a call back which has been ignored at least weekly for the past month. The item purchased costs $1134.50 and no communication on the status of the order has been sent to me. I requested a refund with ****** *** ******** and have been told at least six times that the paperwork has been put on the desk of the general manager "Chris" with instructions to call me the following day, which he has not done for the last month. No communication from Titan Customs, no product that I paid for shipped within the maximum time allotted for processing (12 weeks as defined by Titan Customs themselves), and simply theft of $1134.50 at this point.

      6-11-22 I used my credit card for $759.05 , for the purchase of a D&D exhaust system . The sales representative stated the product would take 10 to 12 weeks . After the 14th week I started trying to get ahold of the company . No one answered for the first month n a half. I left multiple voice mails. To no response.

      O July 12, 2022 I ordered a ********* depth finder for my boat. Titan charged this to my ORNL Visa. They did not have this item in stock. The order was cancelled. To this date I have not received a refund on my card. I have contacted them several times. They will not return my calls. I have also contacted our card Co. So far I have had to pay $48.90 in interest on this. I would like to get this resolved and hopefully have t Titan not only refund the money for the item that we never received but the interest I am being charged. Thank for any help you can give me

      Ordered Motorcycle Rims (Made-To-Order) through Titan Customs on May 10th 2022. The manufacturer is DNA Wheels. Order Number 181-54 and paid $1272.91. The order status provided a 6-8 week turnaround. Once that lapsed I began to call regularly every other week. Each time the order status group was unable to provide any updates and stated they have no control that it is on the manufacturer. Left numerous messages and stated I wanted a refund as of last week. For research yielded similar problems with this company. I just want my money back at this point cause it has been 22 weeks with no update. They are not returning my calls. Additionally, their website was down for a couple weeks almost like they closed shop. I am active duty military in California, i do not know what to do.

      On September 9th 2022 I ordered a set of wheels from titan customs for the amount of $1719.90 and they keep telling me that they are waiting on their manufacturer but I just called their manufacturer and they said titan customs is a scam company and that their account has been blocked so they could not order anything else from them. I need my money returned and this company needs investigated as a scam company. I can provide email, name, and direct phone numbers for the manufacturer upon request.

      Date of transaction was May 25, 2022. I was charged 809.00 dollars to order an exhaust they had advertised. After transaction I received a email stating this will be on backorder for 2 months. I called 3 months later for an update and was told Sept. 16th 2022 should be able to fulfill order. I called on the 20th and was convinced to be upsaled to a different exhaust. Was told it would be 200 dollars more. I agreed. 5 mins later they call me back and say they need 358 dollars more. I stated that I just can't agree to pay this much and would like a refund. They than tell me I can not get a refund unless I call my bank to reverse the sale. At this point this feels like theft. Titan Customs promise a product that they could not deliver and now, will not refund my money. I would just like this filed as a warning for other customers. 4 months of patience and understanding only to be told you will not get your purchase and we will not refund your money. Not a good business practice.

      RE: TITAN CUSTOMS DISPUTE 7/8/2022 PURCHASE:$589.45 The purchase for a ROLAND S**** motorcycle part for a Harley Davidson Street Glide . was made on 7/8/2022 and on 7/11/2022 I received a call from ****** stating that they did not have the part and could not get the motorcycle part and requested a return phone call . THEY COULD NOT GET THE PART FROM THEIR MANIFACTURER DATE: THE PART WAS NEVER SHIPPED FROM TITAN TO ME OR RECEIVED BY ME . THEY COULD NOT GET THE PART. THE DATES ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE 7/11/2022, 7/15/2022, 7/16/2022, 7/17/2022, 7/18/2022 I TRIED EVERYDAY TO GET HER ON THE PHONE AFTER MY MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT I SENT YOU HER VOICE MAIL SHE LEFT 8/1/2022 IT IS ATTACHED. SHE TOLD ME ONCE I FIANLY REACHED HER THAT THEY CHANGED SYSTEMS AND SHE COULD NOT PROCESS MY REFUND . LISTEN TO THE ATTACHED VOICE MAIL . Spoke with ****** back on 7/11/2022 and she again stated that YOU could not get the part and would issue a refund in 2-3 days. I waited 2-3 days and started to call every day , I left 10 voice mails maybe more. ****** called 8/1/2022 and left the attached voice mail message . 8/4/2022 called last week and spoke with ****** told her I wanted my money back that I have already filed a DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. Why are You not REFUNDING MY MONEY FOR AN ITEM THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE AND CANNOT GET???? Makes zero sense. This is $589.00 that you guys are not issuing back to me.
