I made an online purchase from this business on 12/9/2023. I purchased from them once before and the shipping was within 2 days as I also reside in Houston, however 48 hours later there were no shipping updates. I called the store and was told a lot of items were out of stock. I have since emailed management several times however they pick and choose when they want to respond. I was finally told they would receive my shipment by 12/18/2023, 12/19/2023 at the latest. I was promised updates yet now I'm not getting and responses. I was more than patient and cooperative as they refused to refund me when I first contacted them due to store policy despite nothing being shipped from their warehouse, however this is ridiculous. They have inconvenienced me and ruined my Christmas. I want my my money back and nothing to do with this business.Initial Complaint

Hello - I ordered a wig with UpGrade Boutique. They outsource the styling to stylist anywhere in the country (information they did not disclose). The wig is sent to delivery to the stylist, apparently the stylist was not there to accept it. I follow up to find out the status they tell the stylist was not HOME to receive and has the delivery scheduled for Monday. Today is Tuesday. Too long unprofessional. I want my wig delivered overnight and a full refund for the money I paid the stylist. All documentation is attached. Thank you! PS I advised the stylist I wanted my money back she credits my account $10.45. NOT ACCEPTABLE.Initial Complaint

I purchased a wig from the Upgrade in July of 2022. After following up with them for several weeks, I received a video and photograph of the wig they intended to ship to me. It looked nothing like what I had purchased. They responded back saying that they had sent the wrong link and sent a new one, which still did not look at all like what I had purchased. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charges as Upgrade only issues store credit and does not provide refunds. My bank did their diligence as of October of this year and unfortunately found the charges credible.. I've reached back out to the Upgrade twice, no response has been provided. They have over $500 of mine and have not provided any explanation for how I can obtain these funds, whether via store credit (which I obviously don't want) or otherwise. I want nothing to do with them but want my money hack.
