            Total Rip off and fraud and abuse. Took it in for anti theft reprogram and kept the car for 4 days before they said they couldnt do it knowing i was in a bind and needed the car. i had it towed out of there and the next shop fixed it in a couple of hours at half the price quoted by Christian Brothers. these are not christian people. Further more they damaged the ignition cylinder and looks like they added the wrong oil to the engine since now the alarm light goes off saying theres no oil when there is...it ran perfectly when i brought it in, But the service manager asked if i had any running issues which i thought was wierd since they hadnt gotten it started but i suppose thats there way of claiming the abuse. and it goes on...They lied about buying an anti theft ring and making a key for it because he said they were returning the device after not being able to program it which isnt possible and the key wasnt necesarry. they should be prosecuted for ***** and sabotaging a vehicle. do not trust these people

            Mr. *****. I apologize that you feel we did not provide you with the level service you needed. This was towed in by you and we never started the vehicle. As you recall, we explained to you that we were extremely busy and it could take several days before we get a chance to look at it. As you also recall, we never charged you a check out fee as we were concerned about what was going on with the vehicle. Please feel free to give us a call and I would be glad to discuss your concern.             Kens response is not true...they got it on monday and said they started on it on wednesday and on thurs morning said they were working on it and i had to make repeated calls to find out what was going on. on friday morning because the there was some brake fluid leaking they wanted to undo the wire harness to try to find a short but by that time i knew i had to get it out of there...and if you didnt do anything to it why was the collar removed from the ignition switch and a new key cut for it?? why was there no fluid in the power steering and the wrong oil put in the engine....the truck ran perfectly when i brought it in and is always maintained and ready to go....i just made a mistake when i replaced the ignition switch and triggered the theft deterant which was fixed immediately by responsible people
