I purchased a used deck boat 2 weeks ago and was told that when they delivered the boat that everything would be working as it should and the boat would be cleaned and detailed. The boat was filthy and wasnt even washed. They launched the boat because I didnt by a trailer and left. I didnt get out of the canal and the boat was taking on water faster than I could bilge it out so had to put it on my lift. They sent a guy out 2 days later and he discovered the bait well pump was bad as well as the fresh water pump. I also showed him the torn and rotting Bimini top that they said they cleaned that was in perfect condition. I was told by ****** that they would order the parts and be back out to take care of the problems the following week and was okay with that however the minute my check cleared their bank Ive been completely ignored and ghosted.. I called multiple times all week last week to ******, the mechanic and left messages with them for the service manager with no response. Ive already purchased a new seat bracket drivers side that broke on the first day. Service stops after the sale so buyers beware and they will promise you the moon to close the deal.Initial Complaint

In late October of 2022 I bought a 2022 American ********** UTV at $9,651.68 with the promise of a $600 Rebate. I was told it would come in the mail in check form. I've called multiple times and spoke with ***** the sales guy and he said he would get with finance and never in multiple calls got a call back. Called today 1/20/2023 and was told it was never put on the sale sheet.Initial Complaint

I purchased a new boat and purchased an optional seating package that had to be ordered. Now that they are in they cannot be installed with doing fiberglass repair due to the top being installed in the same location the seats would go. I have been through a lot with this company. Took me three months of calling to even get the owner *********************** to contact me. He never did, I had to go to the business and wait until he came to work one day. I paid a lot of money for a product that cannot be installed without repairing fiberglass which I have been warned against doing especially on a new boat. I have asked for a refund for the product that cannot be installed, which they are not willing to do and have been met with no help or solution from anyone at big marine. Been treated extremely poorly through the entire exhausting process.Initial Complaint

don't buy anything from this guys they tell you one thing and then do something else. i bought a boat on 4/22/22 and didn't get a mile down road and had to go back because half the lights didn't work. got boat home and the trolling motor was sold to me as a self deploying motor. after days and days of telling me they would instruct me on how to operate it, i was told that it wasn't even a self deploying trolling motor. i told them you have committed fraud not only is it not what i paid for it doesn't even work. they promised they would send me the trolling motor that was advertised and every time i contact ****** or ****** i just get the run around. i was finial told that they would just send me the money for ******* and its been more then long enough for them to have sent that! i believe they are just not wanting to do what they promised. i called and ask to speak to owner and was told he would call me back but have never got a call from him and that was over a week ago.
