      -March 30th 2023 -*********** and ************************************* to move me from my house to storage and then again from storage to a new home. All Started out wonderful up until final delivery. Ongoing list of Damages worth over ******** and on top of that they stole various items from my children and myself. Totaling over $1,000.00 As well. Asked the couple multiple times about the above and they have failed to resolve this with me, ******* even admitted to finding one of the missing items on the trailer. still havent gotten it back. - Paid them 600 one way by check and 700 another way by venmo.-The response from ***** the owner was maybe i shouldnt have been at a baseball game drinking when they delivered my stuff and that i can just sand and repaint my furniture myself. Very unprofessional.

      First off I moved this womans mother 2 hours away they both had to be out of the house that next day. Her mother asked me to move her daughter I agreed and by the time I got back to there house I had to load her stuff up nothing was packed correctly there were glass dishes just piled up in a box I actually found towels to put with them so nothing breaks and told her and her respond was Im a horrible packer its ok if it breaks they were very unorganized I actually had to bring stuff back from the mothers house that I was told to load up the first time then they once we got to her new house she realized it was her daughters. I was told we were taking everything to her storage. Mind u it was the smallest unit they had and she had furniture already in there and we filled a 32ft gooseneck trailer so of course everything didnt fit. It was a Sunday at 9pm she had nowhere to put her stuff so I was told just stuff it in there her son even helped stuff, throw and jam as much as we could in there. I offered to put a few things at my storage since we were moving her into her new place in a few days. I  also had to go get a sectional couch couch again from her mothers because it *******. I stored that in my trailer. 2 weeks went by and I had to store her stuff at no charge due to the fact I felt bad for her because she played the im a single mother card out there. She was staying in a hotel until her town home was ready. We planned on moving her on a Friday but she called and said she got the keys a day early I left one job and went to load all her stuff up and go take it to her new place so her and her kids could come home to there stuff mind u she was not home she went to an ****** game and did inform me she will probably be in a bad mood and hung over the next day. We worked our butts off until late to get everything in her home. The next day she text me going off that a little towel ladder was missing and a rug and a few things were broke. Also said her hoses were missing from washer I asked her if she looked in the washer she said no then respond yes they were. I told her I found the ladder and would bring it by and would help with what I could but with her having to stuff her stuff in a storage Im not responsible for the broke things. That afternoon a very rude man called my cell phone saying he is her ex husband and we broke his sons bed and now hes involved I told him u have nothing to do with this I dont know u u did not pay me and then he said give me ur address and Im coming to whip ur a** I hung up on him and he continued to call text over and over until I blocked him. Thats when o reached out to ******* and said I offered to help u but u sending ur ex to threaten me is in called for and Im done! Thats what happen she left out the facts.

      I am rejecting this response because: The storage unit was a 12x12 climate controlled unit and a little small. Not an excuse to break beds and furniture or steal items. Stealing from a single mom and kids is not acceptable. A 200$ Batting tee and a pitching net Seems like this is an ongoing issue reading the other 18 complaints on this web page.  Funny i uploaded all your unprofessional responsses. Return the stolen items that i have a list off and we wouldnt have this issue. How about dont agree to move someone on a  sunday evening if you are going to complain about the job, we had until wednesday to be out of her house. My mothers move has nothing to do with my claim. Hooray you did a fabulous job moving my disabled mother. Yes my son helped load the trailer hence why i know his baseball equipment was on the trailer. your son or daughters boyfriend helped him take it apart and he personally put it on there. somehow it never made it back to my house. My ex husband has every right to call you and speak on behalf of me and his children. The threats were the other way around i heard thewhole thing and have text that prove ************************* is the one who told him to quote on quote pull up. Maybe i should pull the race card here for you calling him ghetto- again i have in text. Yes i wasnt home... you informed me that you were doing an across country move the following day and i thought i was being nice and giving you the day off beforehand. I also sent pictures of where things should go etc. The dishes that were broken were wrapped in packing paper from **** and in a box See attached photo.. Yea- I was a s***** packer i guess that excuses you from wrapping furniture and dragging it across the floor. It doesn't matter if its a little blanket ladder or a five thousand dollar purse. STEALING is STEALING at the end of the day. As i know this is ******* Responding and not her husband we can settle this woman to woman and you and your husband can return my things or ill just pursue other avenues to get my things back. You broke a couch. YOUR Father even said he did not send a broken sofa 2 hours away. You chipped tons of 1920's Furniture. You STOLE clothing, Baseball equipment, A small blanket Ladder, Linksys Camera system, the list goes on. Try being a decent human being and just return the items.

      -Pioneer picked up my things 6/23/22 -I gave a $736.58 deposit to Everest Relocation who hired Pioneer for the move. Upon pick up I gave them a $1,239.72 check which was already $500 more than agreed upon in my quote with the agreement of another $500 upon delivery.-Business said there would be no problem for a deliver within a week and then they never gave me a delivery date. They also blocked my phone number after I repeatedly called and texted to try and get ahold of them.- It has now been 6 weeks and I cannot get ahold of them and still have none of my belongings.- Order # D1937386

      We worked with Elite Moving Partners to coordinate movers for our cross country move (***** to ********) in December. Elite partnered with Pioneer Moving and Storage, a company owned by ************************* out of ***********, ** last minute due to a cancellation on their end of an already booked mover for us. We found this out the evening of 12/13/2021 and ***** came to pick up our belongings the morning of 12/14/2021. While there, ***** confirmed with us that he would be delivering our belongings on 12/19/2021 to our ******** location, and that he would be in contact with us. This was also confirmed by Elite Moving Partners. At this time, we also had a disagreement with ***** regarding the inventory list of what was on the moving truck. When we requested to do a recount of boxes and confirm what was on the inventory list against what was on the truck, ***** refused, telling us he did not want to move the boxes. Since then, we texted and called ***** several times in the days between 12/14-12/19/21 with no response,and he did not show up on 12/19. Following this, as the next several weeks unfolded, we continued to reach out daily to ***** with no response. On 12/29/2021, we discovered he had blocked our numbers, preventing any calls or texts from going through.We also learned that he blocked the numbers of Elite Moving Partners as well. The 15 day DOT window quoted to us for the move expired on 1/4/2022. It is now 1/14/2022,almost a month since he has picked up our belongings and we have had not one contact despite several reach outs by ***** or any other representative from Pioneer Moving and Storage. We have no idea where our belongings are or when/if we will ever see them again.

      Hi my name is **** Goralija! The day Pioneer moving and storage came to pick up my belongings from ***** was 08/09/2021 The amount of money I have given Pioneer moving and storage so far is ***** and when they deliver my furniture I owe $500 Pioneer moving and storage told me they would have my belonging to me in ********** 7 to 10 business days it has now been 38 days Every single time I try to call or reach out to pioneer moving and storage they do not ever answer my calls which is very concerning and unprofessional when they are the ones who have MY BELONGINS!!!The nature of the dispute is I want my furniture that I paid for to be delivered to me!!!No one has tried to resolve the problem!!!My Job Number is A6845963

      I contracted and paid Pioneer ********************************************* to move my deceased mom's belongings from *******, ** to *******, **. They packed the truck on 07/31 and and stated my items would arrive in *******, ** in 10 business days. I have not received my items and it is now 09/15/21. They do not answer the phone.The contractor, ******************, has given me the run around as well for 6 weeks.I can't get any resolution from anyone.

      On august 11th 2021, pioneer moving and storage arrived at my home indicating they needed to inventory my household items outside of the quote I received from *********************. Upon inventory they charged me $3000 up front on top of the $657 I had to pay the broker (*********************). The manager ***** states they would not be packing any of my items up, when the broker indicated the move was full service (packing, shipping, and rebuilding at destination). After the movers moved my items, carelessly they put the items in the truck with very little indicators stating which items were mine. I asked when my items were to be delivered due to being on a time crunch and ***** stated 7-10days. The contract provided said 21 days. Its passed 21 days, and ***** **** answer any phone calls. The broker and the company are not providing enough information for my items to be delivered
