Due to a lightning strike or power surge from recent spring storms our HVAC was not functioning properly. Millionaire diagnosed that the thermostat, outside fan motor and circuit board were not working. Although our unit was still under warranty, our HVAC company refused/denied our claim. ********************************* did not feel this was appropriate so he sold ** the replacement parts at his cost saving ** a very large sum. *********************** was very professional and arrived on time to replace the parts. In addition, he installed two surge protectors so hopefully this will not happen again. If you want great service with knowledgeable professionals, then MillionAire is who you should hire. I highly recommend them!!!!

My experience with Millionaire Cooling has been what I consider me being scammed by them. I find no other explanation, not even gross incompetence.My AC went out in August and the trusted company that installed my system was very backed-up. A Millionaire tech visited on two days in August. He decided that I needed a new Furnace Control circuit board (I have since looked this 50A67-476 ********************* up and find it around $75 to $150 online) AND a motor control module (ECM), about a $500 part. This is on their invoice. Two parts simultaneously failing? I should have seen the signs at that. Millionaire billed me $2150 for this. On November's first cold weather day, I turned the thermostat from "cool" to "heat" for the first time since their August visit: no heat, no fan. It was last touched by a Millionaire tech. Again, I could not get my trusted company for 4-5 days and again foolishly called Millionaire Cooling *again* as they were the last to touch it (and supposedly checked) the furnace in August after repairs. I guessed they just forgot to hook something up correctly. Forgot? In fact not. This time, the new technician spent an hours in the attic and then spun a web of purported problems. "You are going to need a new $4000 furnace!" ( sent me a proposal for a $4000 furnace) By this time my scam detector was alerting non-stop. I called the original installer again, a trustworthy small business, and briefed him on what had transpired over the last months. He sensed the scam as well. My long-time hvac tech arrived a couple days later and within five minutes found that the wires to the gas shut-off valve were pulled out/disconnected by someone. He reconnected the wires, and the furnace is back to working perfectly. I can only conclude that the gas valve wires were disconnected intentionally to fabricate the need for giant bill. This is my experience. Avoid Millionaire HVAC.

My ac went out on a Saturday evening. I contacted the company and they got someone to my house that evening. They fixed my issue and got me up and running again. Brandon was awesome. He explained each repair in detail and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to see there are people out there that run an honest business which is focused on customer service. If you are looking for a great hvac company, looks no further than Millionaire! Thanks for taking care of me.

Came out within two hours of my call. Found a bad capacitor. Explained I had a choice to replace with a made in *** capacitor that had a 5 year warranty instead of typical ***** made c*** that had no warranty. I chose ******* one. Also cleaned the whole outside unit with water hose and checked inside unit as a courtesy. Made some suggestions for the system. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly.

******* was very quick and efficient in getting the information about our system and he communicated very throughly to me the whole time as well as he conveyed the information for further action over to my landlord.

We have used ***** twice for two AC units on different properties. He is professional, takes his time to make sure everything is fixed properly, and charges very fairly.We have worked with 4 different local A/C companies and ***** from Millionaire is our first choice.We look forward to getting a heat pump / replacement unit from this company in the future.
