  I paid a collection $311 on Nov 2020 over the phone with ***** 3days later tori **** me the receipt I told both of them take it off my credit report. Never did I been in office a few times told them again get it off credit report never did. In Dec 2021 I email both of them with receipt telling them again get it off my credit report. Few day later 2 other people emailed saying they no longer work with that company but they **** them a letter it was taken care of. On Dec 22 2021 they updated my credit report as UNPAID still open. They lied now iam being told it will take 30 or more days to removed IT ALREADY BEEN 13MONTHS. I spoke to Equifex credit they said once they received the information its removed because it's not a investigation. But trinity orthopedic is not doing anything about they can refund my money since they are not taken it off Did someone pocket my money

  At this time, I have no excuse on why this was not taken care of immediately.  This was a complete oversight on our behalf.  I was aware of the payment made. Trinity Orthopedics was in transition of releasing the Billing and ******************* that submitted ******************** information to the credit bureau.  I am afraid due to the separation of our respective services, not much thought was put into our account.  I gave my notice to *************************** in December of 2020.  This is no excuse, but I am certain that had lots to do with many things falling through the cracks.  As the administrator, I completely apologize for the oversight and **************** has the right to be upset.  I have continued to email *************************** to correct this issue which they have assured me and **************** that is being handled.  They asked to please allow 30 days to be corrected.

  I disputed the matter with eqifex credit myself I had to sent them the receipt and email myself. Trinity orthopedic emailed me blaming me for the problem NEVER once apologized to me NEVER said sorry it took them weeks to even respond to me I sent them copies of the receipt several times.
  They updated the credit report On Dec 22 2021 with a NEW status UNPAID after I was talking to them. That was when he started getting rude/ugly in his email. I DID THE WORK MYSELF IN THIS MATTER. IT TOOK14MONTHS telling them over over. I won't it on their business file.
