      We hired Bradford and Son Painting and Remodeling to do a complete remodel on our Loft and paid them $49,741.00. We had a very bad experience the work was very shoddy and the shower floor didnt slope properly. We had a puddle that never drained, our new shower head dripped and we had a cabinet door that didnt close. They drilled thru our bathroom floor and caused a water leak in the loft below us I addressed the issue with our bathroom when they came to do the repair for the neighbor below us. They said they would order tile and come back in a week or two and do the repairs. They messaged me and said the tile wasnt in but should be there Monday and they would be out to take care of it. They never answered the phone or responded to text after 1/2/24. I called 4 times and texted 8 times between 1/2/24 and 2/18/24. No answer or reply they stopped responding we were told on final payment we had a two year warranty but they stopped answering calls. On 3/23/24 we hired another contractor to do the repairs. They repaired the shower floor and cabinet door. Our cost for labor and materials are$3,830.61 We would like to be reimbursed for those cost. We have all receipts and documentation and also missed calls and text documentation.

      We were very happy to work with *****************. We were unaware that she was so displease with the work we provided. We try to make sure all of our customers including ***************** are satisfied with the work provided. When the drain leak was presented we came out immediately to address and fix the leak. We also took care of the downstairs unit for damages. The cabinet door was slightly warped and I advised ***************** that we would replace once we returned for the shower.  The leaking shower head was caused by a faulty valve from the manufacturer. I purchased and replaced the valve and the leak stopped. For the puddle in the shower we ordered tile to replace the area and we were just waiting for the tile to arrive.  We did not mean to overlook ******************* attempts at contacting us. And we apologize for not reaching back out to her in a timely manor. We understand her not wanting to wait and her desire to want to move forward with another company to fix her shower floor. I will contact ***************** and set up arrangements to provide reimbursement for what she has spent. We sincerely apologize being the cause of frustration in her project. We will do everything in our power to mend customer relations with Mrs. ***** ****************.
