I had my pool built by DFW Custom Pools between March and Aug 2021. During that time I was told by them that they love referrals in exchange they give a referral bonus for any that pan out and sign a contract. I had a few referral and one signed but I was never given a referral bonus, in fact they never even told me. Luckily my referral told me. Attached are communication between me and the referral that I sent DFW Custom Pools and they never responded.The referral bonus I was told was ****** up to 100k, 1000.00 from 100k to 200k, and any pool over 200k they would work something out with me. I plan to confirm the contract price with my referral to make sure the give me the correct referral bonus.Customer response
