I took my 2017 ****** Sienna to ****** of ******** for maintenance. While waiting in the garage, a young man approached me to offer windshield repair for two chips in my windshield. He said the charge would be $85 for both chip repairs. I agreed. I paid. Then, the parts for my Sienna repair were not correct and ****** of ******** could not do repairs as scheduled. So, I told the maintenance manager that I had paid for the windshield chip repair. He assured me that the chip repair that I paid for would be completed the next day when I brought the Sienna back for repairs. Well, big surprise, ****** of ******** completed their repairs BUT the Auto Glass General employee was not there that day. ****** maintenance manager call the *** of Auto Glass General, ***********************, and spoke with him about the employee not repairing my windshield chips.The ****** maintenance manager gave us receipt for ****** of ******** repairs with the business card for Auto Glass General with instructions to call and that ***** said they would send an employee to our residence to fix the chips. From here, my husband was told that they would only fix at the ****** of ******** location. My husband obliged and took the van back for the chip repair at ****** of ********. The repairs were substandard. My husband sent them an email with pictures from their website showing the before and after pictures of chip repair. We still have obvious chips. We wanted our money back and they denied it. They were willing to put our $85 toward an entire windshield replacement. This is unacceptable. Why would I let them continue to work on my vehicle when their service was poor in the past. I don't want them touching my vehicle again. I just want my $85 back and I don't think that is too much to ask. Thank you
