The pool project was contracted for about $80k and began in January 2021 and *mostly* completed by July 2021 however there were several things needing to be fixed. We gave them the list of things needing to be done, and we had someone come out to start the process, but then they did not come back for almost two months, and no one communicated to us. This lack of communication has been a common theme through this entire process. We finally reached out and the worker was sent back, and we were told that he had "fogotton about us" because he had "gotten a new phone" and had lost our contact. We were also promised weekly pool upkeep but this has also not happened. The worker did not come for about a month, and when we reached out to report that the pool was green, he was sent back and also told us the same response of "I had forgotten about you guys". There were many issues unresolved, but the two main ones that we really need fixed are the water feature and plaster. We initally noticed that the plaster was done incorrectly, but the contactor insisted this could be fixed with an "acid wash". This was back in July. Time has gone by and no communication, and we finally reached out again and the contractor (***************************) told us he would send the plaster company out to evaluate. When they came out, we met with them and they told us they would need to drain the pool and replaster. We waited weeks, and again no communication, so we reached out again. **** said he would reach out to the plaster company, and then he got back to us to tell us that they thought it was fine. We told him both a Jaida employee and an employee of the plaster company told us it needed to be fixed. He then told us they would fix it, but almost two weeks have passed and no communication. The second issue is the water feature which is not how we designed it, and depite them coming out to try and fix it, they only made it worse. We are asking for them to fix the plaster and water feature.
