AVOID AT ALL COSTSThis has been the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. Do not trust Platinum Auto Group LLC. in *****, ** or ***********************. Upon taking ownership of the vehicle I was met with over $10K in repairs needed. Conveniently all the following issues were never disclosed and was given false information to my questions.Falsified and Misrepresented Vehicle Odometer.Falsified and Misrepresented Vehicle Condition. Received the vehicle with a flat tire and empty tank of gas.Radius Arm Brushing / Front Thrust Rod ******* Torn/Cracked and Leaking.Malfunctioning Driver Safety Assistance Functions.Rear Headliner Torn and ************* not running.Windshield *********** not running.Emergency Light SoS Malfunction.Connector for Auxiliary Water Pump hanging loose and not plugged in.TCB Battery Failed and Defective The Front Cup Holder broken and nonfunctioning.The Rear Cigarette Pocket broken and will not close.They have not offered any assistance and will not even respond. They are unprofessional and frauds.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: even though it was sold as-is, the dealership lied about the condition, lied about the mileage, and did not disclose several mechanical issues on the vehicle. Selling "As is" does not clear a dealership of deception and dishonesty.

*****-22 I TRAIDED IN TO VEHICALS IN ON ONE VEHICAL. 1 **** **** F350 AND 1 2021 **** GLADIATOR FOR 1 **** EXCURSION. THE **** WAS FINANCED AND I GAVE THE DEALER THE PAY OFF AMOUNT. THE **** HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID OFF 67 DAYS SINCE *****. *** CALLED MANY TIMES ASKING FOR ****** AND AN UPDATE AND HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING FROM THEM. I CALLED TODAY 1-5-23 AND THEY STATED PAYMENT WAS SENT 27 DAYS AGO. I CALLED MY BANK AND THE HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING FROM THEM.Initial Complaint

My complaint is that we have not received the warranty on our vehicle purchased at Platinum Auto Group LLC on 12/23/21. We paid $3,000.00 for this warranty which can be seen on the attached TX-**** OF SALE. We have attempted multiple times to get the warranty information since then up to as late as 2/10/22. We have been working with **** and *****. ***** is apparently in charge of getting this provided to us and continues to either not be available or states he will / has emailed the information which we never get. What we want is to either get the warranty we purchased. Or, we want to get the $3,000.00 we paid for the warranty returned to us. We offered them the $3000 back or to take the other warranty. I was told by ***** he would get back to me.
