To whom this may concern, I made 2 purchases from this company in August of 2021. However, the clothes that I bought did not work out. First, because some pieces did not fit and others because they carried an extremely strong chemical odor. To my surprise, one of the jackets that had an intense chemical smell was accompanied by a tag with a California Prop 65 Warning. This was not posted anywhere on the product description on the website. This also made me question if the other clothes (like one of the pair of jeans I bought) also came with a Prop 65 warning because of their smell. When attempted to get a refund on the Prop 65 jacket, they initially did not want to resolve the issue because it was on sale and "final sale." However, given that they were in violation of not properly describing that the jacket came with a Prop 65 warning, I thought they'd make an exception. I requested a full refund because I no longer felt comfortable buying from a company that does not disclose that their products contain carcinogens BEFORE the actual purchase of the product. I did not want to risk unknowingly purchasing more Prop 65 products due to their lack of following the law. I don't want to have to go to the post office again to return their stuff. Despite my attempt to get my money back, they did not want to that and only offered store credit. Store credit is no good to me because I will not be purchasing again after they lost my trust. I would like a FULL REFUND and for them to fix their website by being honest with their customers. This company needs to disclose that their items have a Prop 65 Warning, before a customer purchases an item. At the moment, I still have that one Prop 65 jacket in my possession because it's been difficult for me to go to the post office to return it due to the fact that I take care of my grandfather who is on hospice. However, I still plan on returning it so we can resolve this issue.
