      On 1/29/22 I hired Bridges Air to service my two furnace systems because the heat was cutting in and out in my home. They completed the heater work and said they could come out in a few months to do an "a/c tune-up" for and extra $59 for each unit and I have two units. This totaled to $118 just for them to commit to coming and doing the tune-up. The heater fix was $50. I paid Bridges Air a total of $168. I never received any communication from them to schedule the a/c tune-up so I called in May and they said they were busy with other customers but would put me on the scheduled since I had pre-paid for this service. They did not contact me at all with a schedule appointment. I called again and again and was not able to get through to anyone and their voicemail was full the last time I called a few weeks ago so I could not even leave a message. As a last straw, I went to their companies website and used the "contact us" link to contact them directly through their website to let them know that we paid for services and did not receive them and I have been trying to get communication from them. I let them know in that email that I would be contacting the BBB if they could not resolve this as it is well into the summer months now and I had to hire a different company to complete the a/c tune up. I am requesting a refund of $118. $59 for each HVAC unit that was supposed to be serviced by Bridges Air. I paid for services and signed a service ticket with a commitment that Bridges Air would do an a/c tune-up. I never received these services and the company is not communicating with me or offering to resolve this matter and refund the money I paid for unkept commitments. I have attached the service ticket in reference to this complaint.
