Good day, On 6/8/2022 I placed an order (#1258) - Glasfloss 24 x 28 x 1 MERV 10 Air Filter - 6 Pack - $119.00 + Tax ($128.82) On 6/15/2022 I received 3 MERV 10 Air Filters and 3 (upgraded) MERV 11 Air Filters. I did not ask for nor do I want MERV 11 Air Filters. I cannot use MERV 11 Air Filters because they restrict airflow. I tried several times, by phone and email, to contact merchant to no response. I need the merchant to exchange the 3 MERV 11 Air Filters. I need the merchant to send me the 3 MERV 10 Air Filters that I paid for. I also need the merchant to pay for the shipping charges for the exchange. Thank you for your assistance.Business response

We've issued 03 filters price to him and ask him not to Return those 03 upgraded MERV 11 filters to us. Please see my oplogize email to customer and PayPal refund for those 03 filters. Feeling sad for upgrading the filters to just MERV 11, which I believe should not impact the system at no extra cost to the customer. This was a complementary gesture to the customer and we do with our other customers on Amazon, Ebay and Walmart sites....they always say Thank you. God bless you all. Good day, I accept the response because even though I did not ask for the upgrade, I don't think the company intentionally meant to inconvenience me and they also sent me a refund.
