Interacted with one employee and she was extremely rude and hostile. I made a comment about her saying excuse me (using manners) and she looked at me as if I was in the wrong or I couldn't be addressing her! That infuriated me because she was being rude to my children and husband!!! I asked for her name to file a formal complaint because I wanted to go through the proper channels to report her rude behavior and disgusting customer service. She responded in a nasty tone and walked off dismissing me without volunteering her name. I waited by TSA checkpoint for her to pass by with a wheelchair-bound person because that is the department she works in. I was told by the supervisor ******** ******** ***** that they would need her name to make a formal complaint-which she denied. I don't appreciate the way she treated my family and I and I need something to be done about the way she treated us.I hope the situation is corrected in the future so no one receives the same treatment in the future. It was ridiculous, unnecessary and unsettling. This incident occurred between 9:30-10am on 11/13/22 at the middle TSA checkpoint for American Airline at ***************************. I hope and pray this employee is not a representation of the entire company because if so it's disgusting and makes me think negatively of this organization as a first time interaction!

Not a reliable schedule with connecting flights from American airlines...Envoy Air will pull from the gate before loading passengers from other airlines...Like from gate 30 to gate 4 at Austin airport

The captain thought he was on guard when he was on PA. He said things against delta and then did the stupid meows on guard.
