      We have called and left a voice mail, as well as an email advising that we have resolved the issue.
      We have refunded the amount back to her card and removed it from the policy to avoid it being charged again.

      I received a letter last July August from Blue fire insurance and it said that I was old a check from them for $225.04. this stems from a finance company that I acquired when I was purchasing a car My car was paid off and I received this letter afterwards. I also received a letter from Confie insurance saying they owe me $61 it took them all the way until early January to send me this is the $61 check But they sent it. Blue fire insurance has never sent me a check. Blue fire insurance has never responded to my emails. On the letter for blue fire insurance it told me to send the information to aggressive insurance LLC located in **************** ********** and to the tax department. I did all of that in August of last year I still have not heard anything back I don't know if they are a legit insurance company but they have my information. I have emailed blue fire insurance multiple times at the email address they gave me which is **********************************

      I never received a check but I'm happy the issue has been resolved and I will be receiving one now.im happy this issue was resolved quickly and I think they should have a better way for the customer to get in contact with them instead of resulting to this step. Thank you

      I feel, this company is practicing avoidance. The car accident was on 11/04 around 8:30 am in the morning in Conroe TX. Their client/policy holder failed to yield green light left turn. Their client/policy holder drove car into moving traffic causing driver, myself, to risk life causing major collision. The client/policy holder was safe and no damages to her car, but driver/myself completed totaled my vehicle and I had to be rushed to the hospital. I was not able to obtain the client/policy holder name nor insurance information so I had to wait 4 day in order to obtain the police report. The report clearly states the client/policy holder is at fault and a traffic ticket/violation was given to the client/policy holder. There was a witnesses at the scene. The company has an adjuster assigned to the case; however the adjuster is avoidance and will not call me back. I have contacted the adjuster at 866-424-9514. I received a letter dated 11/09 and it states that I must call the adjuster and provide a statement. I have called 11/09 and 11/16 and no response. The claim number is atxXXXXXXXX. I have received a invoice from the towing company, which is demanding payment for storage of the totaled vehicle on their property at Texan Towing & Recovery at 1907 Ed Kharbat, Conroe, TX 77301. I have received a called from the EMT company, County EMT at 936-523-5170 asking how payment will be made to their company. I am without a car, which was majorly used for business/ministry and personal use. I am a self employed individual and I need the adjuster to take my statement, provide a rental and I need the adjuster to take care of the car at the pound and provide an estimate and check amount for the totaled damages to my vehicle. It is very clear in the police statement that the client/policy holder was at fault. I want the matter resolved and a call from the adjust by end of the week, 11/19/2021.

      I contacted this company on September 27 to cancel a policy that I paid six months in advance for. To no avail the policy still is not canceled and I have not received my refund. I have documentation where I went into a local office asking for this policy to be canceled and the representative stated in 24 hrs a email will be generated with the refund amount. This company employees lie and need to be held accountable for how they try to take advantage of customers and break the law!!!!

My Policy was previously submitted in the documentation when the complaint was submitted. The Policy number#TXA01859038. I have provided the information multiple times trying to simply cancel this policy out of my name since September 27. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2021/10/18) */ ***Document Attached*** I have enclosed the document that has the policy number on it. Which I have not received my monies regarding the cancellation!!
