  I pull my pickup truck into Kwik Kar on Beltline Irving because the washer fluid message came on the dashboard, the mechanic poured some washer fluid but it drained out under the truck revealing a leak. I asked him if they have time to fix it. He said it needed a new jug I told him I can drive to go get it he can get it delivered in 10 minutes. I told him to check the other fluids as I just bought the truck and the dealer didnt make sure the fluids were good. He took the truck into the bay then a black guy named ***** came out and told me the truck needs a transmission flush, and sll mew brakes, I had told him Im driving back to **** and I need to make sure everything was operating. The estimate was over $1500, which I told him mo way. He told me he would drive 5 miles or on the freeway with the existing brakes or transmission could go out if not flushed. he said he would take $200 off if I dit it on the spot. I agreed to the work. 3 hours later the guy named ***** told me it came to $1398 and I paid in full with my debit card. He handed me the receipt and I asked why he charged me so much to replace the washer fluid jug. He told me he had to replace both coolant and washer fluid jugs with the pumps. handed my key and says your car is ready. After driving my truck for a couple hours it started overheating.the gauge for the temperature start getting above the centerline closer to the hot side. Also when I try to wash the windshield because there were a lot of bugs and debris there was no washer coming out. The low washer message came back. I pulled off the highway and called ********. The mechanic who answered said he was the one who worked on my truck and that he thought ***** the manager told me they didnt change the washer and coolant jug because the part was special order. I got so angry because I realized I was just scammed. I asked why he charged me for all this and he didnt do the work the mechanic said he told ***** and he already left.
